Paul is the ultimate professional from my perspective, Looking out for my interests and listening to my needs and creative at every level. Doesn't burn money (mine) on anything I haven't cleared and with great customer communication skills with my tenants. I would and will hire him again. I have a much larger development headed to permitting that I expect Paul will put a strong and welcomed fingerprint on. He communicates well with City officials and finance. Don't think I could expect more unless there were two of him. If there was, I'd hire both!

Paul was responsible for designing a commercial landscape package for me including handling the local permitting effort with the City. He was easy to work with, coordinated with the other project consultants, and was very attentive to details. His efforts included visiting the project site to confirm existing conditions and he understood the requirements necessary to develop a good set of project drawings for subcontractor bidding. I recommend Paul and would not hesitate to utilize his services again.
