Pascale Land Design knew our love of the French countryside and revitalized our small, neglected backyard, transforming it into a breathtaking outdoor oasis that appears larger than it is. Our renovated space now features a new patio cover, color-changing bistro lights over artificial turf, a lush array of citrus trees, roses, and lavender, all set amidst an elegant paver hardscape and a meandering walkway that invites entry through the side gate. The spot and path lights they used cast such beautiful shadows on the wall at night. For the frontyard they extended our driveway and added a small front patio with reclaimed Chicago brick in our favorite herringbone pattern and artificial turf with a brick capped seat wall separating the two. We love spending time outdoors, surrounded by our new space.

We have installed grass on numerous job sites over the last 5+ years for Pascale Land Design. We are always blown away at their design capabilities and quality of work. Definitely would recommend them for any and all design/landscape work!

In addition to her great ideas and seeing photos of other projects that I really liked, some of the other reasons I chose to work with Pascale were: she respected the fact that there were plants and features that we loved and wanted to retain and she incorporated them into her design; in addition to the new plants we purchased, she moved existing plants into better locations (when possible); she worked within my budget and gave me honest feedback on what could be done and what couldn't be done; and, she's just fun! Our yard is simply beautiful--we receive so many compliments and enjoy looking at it and wandering around. Our front walkway is simply fabulous. And one final comment--when she suggests more boulders than you think you need, listen to her!

Working with Pascale and Jen was so fun! Pascale is so talented—the way she creates these beautiful spaces while considering the yards unique layout; factoring in the home’s exterior; incorporating what the customer wants; working within a budget; trying not to step on the HOA’s toes in the process… genius! We had the option to have Pascale just design our project without her team installing it. Boy am I glad we hired them on to complete the job as well! Jen did a wonderful job coordinating the whole process—scheduling between us, their contractors, and the weather; always keeping us in the loop… There are so many moving parts to getting a big project like this completed, and she made everything run smoothly. Both ladies show up several times throughout the process to make sure everything in the design is being implemented correctly. Their contractors were friendly and worked quickly without cutting any corners. Now, we spend so much time in our backyard oasis, and we get lots of complements from our neighbors on our beautiful front yard. Outstanding Landscaping Job! From start to finish Pascale did an outstanding job remodeling our entire backyard. Our goal was to reduce our watering and maintenance, since we had a very large grass area. She easily met all of our requirements. Her initial design was very surprising and well done. She incorporated some key elements of our existing yard into her design and made them all work together as if they were designed that way in the first place. She revised her design to accommodate some specifics relating to our very large ash tree, and the revised design was terrific. She took a nondescript backyard and turned into a delight to look at and make it much easier to maintain. Throughout the project she worked with us to constantly ensure she met our needs and desires. She especially worked hard to stay within our budget. Her work team were all very conscientious, polite, and easy to work, and talk with. Pascale has an instant eye for knowing how to pick and place plants. She advised us about several plants we could add to enhance her design and complement our yard features especially our arch and picket fence area. Behind the scenes, her daughter, Jennifer, worked tirelessly to coordinate the arrival of boulders, rocks, plants, and the curbing installer. She was easy to talk to and very particular to ensure our needs were met with respect to scheduling and completing the job. Since the original job, Pascale has kept in contact with and even has planned to revisit us in April to see how the job has progressed after one year. We used Pascale and her team to design and install all new landscaping for the front of our house, and we could not have had a better experience. Tiffany was very patient during the design process, making sure that we were happy with the final plan before moving forward. Their use of design technology is impressive and helped so much in visualizing how everything would look. Pascale is very involved in all aspects and was on site every day during the installation, along with Jennifer, which made everything so easy. The team worked together seamlessly during the entire process and communicated with us consistently. We are very happy with the results and have gotten many compliments on how beautiful it is. We engaged Pascale Land Design on a medium size residential project in the summer of 2021. Pascale is amazing in her ideas and also figured out how to calibrate her ideas to the budget we had. Crews were respectful and neat. Follow up was prompt, and the final product was a gorgeous first step in making our Spanish modern revival fixer-upper a desert abode that feels like home on the outside too. At every step they insisted on making minor problems right even in the middle of supply chain headaches and unanticipated delays. We will definitely use them again in future phases.

Pascale and her team designed and created my dream backyard and front entry plantings. My property was 1.25 acres with only about 1/3 of it landscaped in the front yard. The backyard was a blank slate. I originally planned to have her design only the backyard, but after talking with her, I asked if she could also design plantings at the front of my house. She listened to my concerns and my list of desires which included enlarging my patio and creating views from my windows. I now have a variety of beautiful irrigated desert plants and trees planted amidst boulders with mounded areas for interest. I also have pathways, seating areas, a raised bed garden area, and citrus trees. She and her team created a beautiful botanical garden for me.

We wanted to write a positive review for Pascale Land Design which recently finished our yard for our newly built home. Their team successfully dealt with HOA requirements, a sloping front yard, and a backyard that at one end had a steep drop off into a wash. They created a personalized landscape design that included our input and offered ideas to include a small front patio for a sitting area with two chairs, large steps to access the entry courtyard, and a parking pad for extra off-site parking. Pascale and daughter Jennifer personally selected the boulders for the site and were there almost every day to oversee work and place plants, boulders, and lighting. Hardscape included walkways, front steps, and firepit and BBQ sitting areas. We are happy to have hired a team that can actually design with plants and incorporate them into the necessary hardscape. We recently started working with Pascale and her team on the design of our total yard renovation. Pascale and Jen were very helpful with ideas and answered our many questions to help us achieve the design we were shooting for. Phase 1 of our total yard renovation was a smooth and easy process. The project was completed on time, and we could not be happier with how it turned out. I was very impressed how much time that Pascale, herself, puts in on the project. Pascale is also very conscious of one's budget and added ideas on how to save money along the way. We are very excited to begin Phase 2 with Pascale and the rest of the team. After talking with a few different landscape designers, we are very happy we decided to go with Pascale Land Design.

We had a large, flat, boring yard with little landscaping. We searched for a landscape designer who: 1) specializes in plants, not just hardscapes; 2) understands gentle mounding and installs boulders that look natural; 3) creates an award-winning look without breaking the bank and 4) actually listened/incorporated our ideas. Our search ended with Pascale Land Design, and we could not be more pleased!! We communicated during the coronavirus shutdown, using Zoom and their excellent 3-d software system. Pascale was a dream to work with: fun, creative, and smart. They used our dollars wisely to give us the biggest bang for our buck. Kudos to Pascale’s team who worked so hard to troubleshoot our existing irrigation system and found a leak that had been causing issues for some time. Everything was done with such high standards and top-notch customer service. We truly enjoyed working with Pascale and her team and we LOVE our new yard! We only wish we had found Pascale years ago.

This was a small project. The side of my yard was unfinished and it needed a personality. It is now a destination. Pascale and her team brought life to my new secret garden. Pascale was excellent and I highly recommend her.

Pascale and her design team worked with us to create a backyard that is our own personal oasis. Throughout the entire process they communicated with us and walked us through each and every step so we would know what to expect. We only had a rough idea of what we wanted the backyard to look like when it was finished. Pascale and her team were able to give us computer images to represent our backyard with different plants, textures and hardscape. Prior to our redesign, our backyard had major drainage issues. In the past, we have had water that would come up to the back of our patio door. We have not seen any of this since our redesign. Pascale Land Design was able to eliminate all of the drainage issues. The entire patio, even after major storms, is still dry. Pascale Land Design gave us such a wonderful gift of a beautiful backyard that we and our guests enjoy lounging in. It has definitely increased the value of our home too. We could not recommend Pascale Land design more highly, as they gave us such a wonderful gift of a peaceful backyard retreat in a resort-like setting.

The entire team at Pascale Land Design was incredible, from start to finish. They go over and above to make sure they get the job done right and were even more focused on the details than I was - and I'm very detail oriented! They treat your yard as if it was their own. They had all the answers to our questions, did what they said they were going to do in the time frame they gave us and were so incredibly helpful when we needed help picking out colors and styles of curbing and pavers. They by far went above and beyond our expectations. I would highly recommend them to anyone, 5 stars does not do them justice. TEN STARS for them it is!

We hired Pascale after seeing her examples of landscaping on her website and knew of her excellent reputation in town. We were extremely pleased from beginning to end. She came to the house, listened to what we were thinking and wanted, then gave her professional opinion and ideas. I️ don’t think five stars does Pascale and her crew justice. She turned my old, dated, and nonfunctional backyard into an oasis that we will use regularly for many years to come. Pascale had a tight deadline (we were having a wedding in our backyard), and she and her crew put in overtime to not only get it completed, but to get it perfectly finished. Pascale is a perfectionist - to the point where she hand-pinned all of our vines to the wall to make sure they would be beautiful for the wedding. Before, the backyard was my least favorite part of our house. Now, I️ can’t wait to come home from a long day and relax in our backyard oasis. I️ am picky when it comes to contractors (I’m a perfectionist myself). I️ can not recommend Pascale enough. Her design was creative, gorgeous, and utilized the entire space perfectly. Then, throughout the construction phase, Pascale was at my house supervising the workers every day. She kept me informed of the progress and let me know right away if there were any issues or concerns. She was incredibly responsive to any questions or concerns I️ had. Pascale is the best and I️ would recommend her over and over again.

Our project was a real toughie that ended up far better than we had ever imagined. Pascale created a detailed CAD rendering of what our back yard would look like based upon our wants and needs. Then, her team set about building the vision she had and it turned out better than we could have hoped for. Pascale doesn't stand on the sidewalk and point to her workers where to plant a specimen. She gets into the dirt and makes sure the terrain meets her vision and then moves the plants around so that the finished installation looks like it naturally happened that way. She is truly an artist. Her crew is efficient and do a really good job in siting and planting every specimen. Her decades of experience in southwestern landscaping means she will pick plants that suit your environment. This was an unusual project because my wife and I "disassembled" the old yard in an effort to recycle as much of the plant and boulder material we could re-use. Additionally, I had contractors for concrete and steel fabrication lined up from previous work they had done for us. Pascale's team created the CAD rendering to make sure the whole design would work and flow. We did some of the hardscape and her subs finished the rest. Finishing the plant installation was solely Pascale's job and that only took about four days to complete, including rock installation. This project was completed in May of 2016. All demo and prep work was done by the homeowners. Amazingly, the wonderful CAD design was under $1000. The "dog pool" was $4000. The concrete additions ran $3100. Flagstone installation ran about $14,000 (Material supplied by owner) Blockwork ran $1400 Steel fabrication/installation for gazebo was $14,000 Stack stone installation ran approx. $2000 (material provided by owner) Plantings including installation of sprinkler system, terrain and boulder placement ran approx $35,000. This backyard project took her crew about four days to plant, drip, and rock.

What can I say, Pascale listened, then took what I could see in my mind and blew it out of the water. My husband and have lived in our home over 50 years and now we have a back yard that is our dream. She had a crew that was professional and she was there every day and totally hands on. We would highly recommend her to anyone, she was not only our landscaper/designer, she became a friend.

Pascale did a wonderful job redesigning our backyard. She was creative, knowledgable about plants and landscape design. She stayed focused on our budget and gave us options that were reasonable. We also had an old fountain that wasn't part of our original scope. Pascale knew we didn't like it and came up with a beautiful custom design that we couldn't pass up. Great experience! I knew nothing about Arizona horticulture and Pascale was an excellent guide. I love what she did to improve the beauty of my home and my neighborhood. I contacted "Pascale Land Design" to draw on paper and redesign the facilities outside of my house. I'm really pleased to have worked with the designer, who had no shortage of ideas and ingenuity. She has taken care of everything from A to Z. The choice of materials and plants were in perfect harmony.
