Chris did a fantastic job with our two level patio with a retaining wall, a fire pit, and a re-landscaped garden! He had great ideas, but was also flexible about the plant/shrub choices. He was also very accommodating about moving/reusing some of our existing plants/shrubs. He is a good listener and was very responsive to us when changes or issues arose. He is extremely knowledgable about landscape architecture, came up with some very creative solutions, and has a great personality for dealing with the client and the landscaping team. We couldn't be happier with our backyard; it turned out even more beautiful than we anticipated!

Prairie Path Group did a terrific job on my circular / paver driveway. They were fast / very responsive, finished on time and did a nice / neat job. Prairie Path Group did a fantastic job on my porch/patio. The workers did a great job! I had an old wooden deck which they removed in 1 day. Chris worked with me designing the replacement to both our satisfaction, including the driveway wall. The workers Augustine Miguel & Jose were always on time , neat & very friendly. The project was well above what I expected. I would highly recommend them for all your projects.

Chris transformed our side yard! He was creative with the layout and designed a sleek, updated look - all at a reasonable cost. We of been extremely pleased with his attention to detail and follow-up. I highly recommend Chris Dara at the Prairie Path Group!

We had Marty from Prairie Path Group (PPG) out to provide us with a quote to help install a new sidewalk and help re-grade most of our yard after we had a new concrete driveway installed. Prairie Path provided some great ideas to our landscaping problems unlike other companies that simply stare at you and say "we can do whatever you want". As an owner of an old home, it's frustrating to have a contractor of any trade simply say, "we can do whatever you want". I'm sure they are trying to be accommodating, but suggestions and guidance is always welcomed and Marty provided that. Unfortunately, we were nearly ready to begin work but surprise driveway overages at the 11th hour killed our landscaping budget for the fall season. I feel horrible that we had to cancel our project at the last minute, but Marty was extremely professional and understanding about it. Even though we didn't end up using PPG, after interviewing a hand full of landscaping contractors, this company is extremely professional and they have done amazing work for our neighbors on their brickwork/pathway projects and came highly recommended. I highly recommend that you give them a call to have them take a look at your project and I hope that you can use them.

We chose Prairie Path Group to install Unilock pavers in a new front walk/patio, a service walk along the side of our home and a replace an existing brick paver patio at the rear of our home. One reason we chose them was because of their 4 year warrantee. This project included removing existing walks, asphalt paving and brick paving. We already had designs for the new areas, and the company implemented them. They actually started the work earlier than we thought they would, and we were delighted with the final results. Chris Dara was the sales person/project manager and he kept on top of things. Agostino and his crew were top notch and worked with us to tweak the installed final configuration of the design as necessary. We get many compliments about our new outdoor areas.

I wanted a small area by my front entrance transformed from overgrown old evergreens to a paved patio. Other companies weren't interested in a small job. I was delighted to find a referral to Prairie Path. They kept appointments and did a fine job, even adding a step to the entrance. Sorry I have no before photos, but the whole curb appeal has improved and I now have a little spot out front to sit, and space for planters. A long-awaited face lift done by professionals!

We will use Prairie Path Group again and recommend them without reservation. Throughout the process we were impressed with their integrity and team work. They've transformed the front of our house and we couldn't be happier with the results.

Chris designed a very elegant landscaping plan for our backyard. Once all of the flowers and plants are in full bloom, the backyard will have an attractive variety of colors and sizes that will be very visually appealing. He also helped design a brick paver patio that perfectly utilized the available space.

Prairie Path Group did an outstanding job renovating our patio. From design through execution, they handled all stages of the project as true professionals. In particular, their iterative up-front design process enabled us to get to the design that made the best use of our limited back yard space. Then, during all stages of execution, they paid attention to the details which have resulted in a terrific finished patio. We would highly recommend Prairie Path Group to others.

Prairie Path and Chris Dara did a great design and build for our back patio/bar/pergola/fire pit. We quoted a few companies and ultimately selected Prairie Path because of Chris' bar design. Also, they were able to complete the job for us before winter. We haven't been able to use our new patio much -- or even see it -- because of all of the snow this winter. However, we look forward to spending more time in our backyard soon.

This is a great company. I needed an old patio removed, the stones set aside for landscaping and a new patio designed. They came out, gave me great ideas, a fair quote and a specific time they would do the work. Everything went exactly as he stated. After 12 years, it is still perfect. GREAT job.
