I am sorry you feel your project hasn't gone as well as planned, but I would like to address your comments directly. As far as initial plan with the 3D and plants that was gone over with Edgar your designer and you actually singed off on the plan Sir. We never start a project without a client approved plan, and we had an approved plan from you guys Mr. Curren so there was no way for the guys to know that you may want to change the plants over Sir if the plan was singed and approved by homeowner. if there were changes to be made to the plan there should have been a revised plan made or a change order but there wasn't any.
As far as the BBQ Sir we don't do gas and or electrical. Those are two trades we are not licensed for and its explicitly stated on our proposal no " Electrical or Plumbing included". I know I spoke to you about this myself when I first scheduled the job and I told you Mr. Curren that if it was a quick connect we can connect to it but anything other than that you would need a plumber. I actually sent my guy to verify and we noticed it was a quick connect and we told you that we could hook up to it, but since you wanted it to be ran a different way that is not something that we can do since we are not licensed plumbers. This was also gone over with you with your meeting with Edgar initially. Edgar told you we can refer you to a plumbing company that can do that work, and again I went over this with you when i initially scheduled you Sir. I am sorry you don't remember that we don't do plumbing but this was gone over twice by two different people in our company.
And lastly about the plants. Anytime we plant we offer a 30 day warranty from day of planting to replace any plants that may have died by fault of us at installation, or if perhaps they died during the planting stage (which can happen), and we come out at that time to lower the water on your clocks. This is all written in the back of your contract and we have you scheduled for today for your 30 day walk. Our office spoke to you and scheduled this for today per your request since we need access to the garage. A time was not specified with my office staff since " you would be home all day". Today you called to say it was supposed to be at 8am but we didn't book a specific time spot since you would be "home all day today" that is why you requested today.
So yes the guys are coming to you to do the 30 day walk between 12-2 pm today like our office just called you back to tell you. During this walk we will lower the water and will replace any plants that may have died. I also would like to mention that our warranty states its 30 day from installation but we planted you March 30th meaning we are a little more than 30 days but we are still offering this as good customer service to you.
Now as far as the $ 250 crane fee still posted to your account this is certainly not something we forgot to bill Mr. Curren. I specifically dealt with you on this matter. You were going to be on vacation while we did the majority of your project, and you and I agreed that i would upfront the cost of the crane to the crane company (crane fees are always paid by customer directly to crane company for the spa's not included in our contracts) since you were not going to be available to pay it and then you would just reimburse me when you came back out of town. I should have gotten a signed change order from you like I always require,, but you seemed pretty easy going and I was doing you guys a favor. Never did I think you would later dispute the charge since me and you spoke about it directly. From what I gather on your review it seems like you do remember this was our agreement, but seems more like you rather wait to pay until the plants are handled. So, that is okay with me, I will wait for our 30 day walk today and we can go from there.
