Our primary focus is on the design and installation management of residential landscape renovations, restorations, additions and for new construction. Our primary goal is to provide a historically correct, architecturally correct, aesthetically pleasing, And highly functional product for our clients and builders. Services Provided We provide conceptual drawings, detailed construction plans, and 3d renderings for garden courts, motor courts, patios, pools, outdoor kitchens, driveways, walkways, garden structures, irrigations systems, drainage, plantings, and outdoor lighting systems. We also provide site planning services for new homes. We can help to locate the home on the property in a way that allows balanced spacing for the front and rear yards. We also study grading to minimize the need for retaining walls and constructed drainage systems. Our planting plans include selections pulled from availability lists at local wholesale nurseries, so that the plants we specify are “actually” available. We provide estimated material takeoff spreadsheets with our hardscape plans to include cut and fill soil volumes, patio square footages, linear footages of banding, square face footages of walls, linear footage of waterline tile, etc. Our drawings are used as an agreement between contractors and homeowners. They can also be used to bid jobs “apples to apples” between multiple contractors We have an ability to help locate installation contractors both large and small. We do have preferred contractors that we enjoy working with. Most of these come to us for design work at times when they need good design.
