Marty and his crew did a great job and we are very pleased with the 3 areas that they did. Now we just have the rest of the yard to work on next year.

It's too bad their customer service is terrible because, they did a decent job. First, I was told they would still be there or if they left before I got home, they'd let me know. When I got home, they already gone which wouldn't have bothered me except I did find an AT&T contractor in my backyard because they had cut the cable for one of my neighbors' home - why wouldn't you call and tell me that? After the AT&T contractor told me what was going on, I took a look around the yard and I noticed one of my favorite plants was missing - they had pulled it out and gotten rid of it. When I called about all of this, I was told they would replace the plant and I said that was fine we could do it when I had the rest of the work done so, I paid the remainder of my bill. I contacted them recently via email about that additional work and replacing my plant and am still waiting for a response. At this point, I just want to get my plant replaced or money back for that plant.

Marty and his crew have done three projects for us. The first (Dec 2012)is a very contemporary fence design that reclaimed a totally unused space in our yard and made it a potting and sculpture area and provided much needed storage behind a striking addition to the yard. The second project(Spring 2013 with several additions) was a complete landscape design taking an ordinary urban front yard to a bermed and terraced native plant xeriscape complete with cactus gardens (a total of three now). The last big project(Aug 2016) was design and construction of a foundation and ramp for a new backyard greenhouse. All jobs are done on time and budget. Marty's fun to work with, kept reminding me whose money was being spent and quite willing to take my design input. Date and prices reflect the last project.

We have been very pleased with the results for the five landscape projects at our Garden Ridge residence. Marty Ruona and his Rhinamic Workforce team are efficient, productive and never over budget. Marty is thorough in getting customer input and expectations. He is hands on for the execution of the xeriscape and planting designs. Xeriscape materials, plants, trees, sod and mulch are of high quality and reasonable cost.
