We recently had major landscaping done at our home. The project took a week of hard work by Rice’s crew. With Ryan managing the project from planning to completion the job was done efficiently and professionally. We recommend Rice’s highly. You get what you pay for. Can’t wait ‘til spring to see everything bloom.

Ryan Hopper has done a super job overseeing our project in our yard. The workers are all very pleasant to me and to each other. It is a joy to watch them work and transform our yard from a dream or plan to a reality. We are receiving lots of compliments every day and thank the Rice team for the result.

Rice's was one of the only landscaping groups in the area to respond to us immediately and also send a meticulous crew to do our work. Susan Grosik, Landscape Maintenance/Account Manager, was an excellent communicator in regards to work, price, time-frame and adjustments. We're extremely pleased with the landscaping greenery, flowers and shrubs that were planted, as well as brick paver walkway that was installed. Susan also came up with a solution for a broken, bottom, concrete step, which makes an even grander statement at our front door. We finally have some much-needed curb appeal at our near-century home! The crew (of three) was always on time (even early), was respectful of our need to come and go, and always cleaned up at the end of the day. Susan was also very accommodating in meeting both me and my husband at a convenient time, which generally had to be in the late afternoon/early evening. We highly recommend Rice's to do quality work, at a reasonable price, with excellent follow-up.

Our yard is the best-looking yard in the neighborhood! ... and I attribute that to Rice's service. Also, the customer service with Brent is excellent. Having been a rep professionally for nearly 35 years, I can spot good service when I experience it. Brent usually responds, in person, within a 1/2 hour of an email...which is mind-blowingly-good customer service. I know, from sales experience, that quick response, is THE best way to build great customer relationships. So "kudos" to Brent...and to Rices... for keeping me extremely happy & unburdened by hours of weekly work that I've done for decades. Bottom line: the yard has never looked better!

Rice Landscaping recently completed a patio in the front of our home along with landscaping around two sides due to basement repairs. I have nothing but praises for Susan at Rice from the night we met her at a Chamber event to the finished product and future visits to follow up on our new landscaping. Everyone was very professional and take pride in their designs, often times asking my thoughts and co firming the design plans. Currently, all landscaping is complete, the patio is in place and the grass is growing beautifully. Once the work was finished, Susan spent time going over the care instructions of our lawn and plant care. We look forward to seeing her again to check on the lawn and plants In the future. She has been great to work, changing our minds a couple of times and ultimately creating our new design! Terrific experience with Rice's for new deck, patio and landscape design and construction in 2013. Great ideas and top-quality execution on schedule and on budget. Hired them again in 2014 for front landscape re-design and then again this year for seasonal and weekly lawn and landscape maintenance. Knowledgeable crews and excellent customer service. They have a wonderful selection of plants and trees to choose from. They also offer landscaping services which is a great option for those people who do not have the time to take care of their own landscaping needs. I have seen what a terrific job they do at several of my clients homes.
