Roshan Skiver Landscape Design

Roshan Skiver is an amazing landscape designer. I encourage anyone looking for a knowledgeable, experienced, fun landscape designer to give her a call today! We had just bought a brand new home and had six weeks to landscape as per our HOA rules. Roshan was accessible via phone, email, and in-person; very accommodating to our schedules (weekday, evening, and even on the weekend). Initially, she came to our house to take measurements, understand our expectations, and budget. Drought-tolerant landscaping for our backyard was a must; we wanted low maintenance, nice-looking plants that didn't need much water. Roshan took all our wants into consideration and went to the drawing board. She provided a layout of the backyard, suggestions for different plants, and included costs. We decided on each plant together, she explained the care each plant would need and what to expect. She hired the labor to pick-up, deliver, and plant the cactus and succulents on a day that worked best for us. The crew that was responsible for our yard was amazing; they were kind and attentive - even asking which way we would like each plant to face/position. In the end, we were very pleased. The entire process from start to finish was timely, within budget, and exceeded our expectations. Our yard is beautiful and flourishing, the amount of compliments we get from guests is astounding! Roshan designed and installed a beautiful front yard for our property with low-water plants and rocks that looks both full and has a variety of color. She also created a gorgeous lush side yard full of fruit trees and butterfly-friendly plants for our kids to play and garden. We just hired her back to design and install drought-tolerant pots throughout our backyard. Roshan is a master at putting together beautiful pots/planters. Roshan consistently exceeded our expectations. Not only was everything on time, on budget and truly beautiful, but she is a friendly, warm person that was great to work with. Thank you Roshan!

Roshan used her talents and abilities as part of a team effort to turn what was once a waste of space into a place where neighbors and strangers alike stop and stare. My yard has gone from being a negative to the best on the block and none of it would have been possible without her commitment to excellence and unwavoring eye for detail. She truly loves what she does and it manifests itself in the care and quality she provides. I began my project with an idea of what I wanted but in the end I chose the path she suggested and could not be happier. we used Roshan a couple of years ago when we redid our backyard. Roshan is fantastic!! she has a great eye for what will look just right in your specific space!!! she can accommodate any style (my husband and I have some differing opinions) and is knowledgeable and efficient!!! we saved money by doing things the right way the first time with her help!!! Roshan is also fun to work with, a huge plus!!! I would absolutely hire her again, our yard looks fantastic!!!

Roshan has amazing drought tolerant landscaping ideas. Unlike any others I have seen. She also has an incredible eye for pot designs. She filled our front pots with succulents I've never encountered before... Very original designs with depth and color. Roshan is my go to girl for all my green thumb needs!!
