We have worked with Gus three times over the past twenty years as we completed projects to relandscape our front and back yards. Our most recent project involved removing grass and installing a large patio. This was complicated by the amount of slope in the backyard and our desire to have a relatively flat patio for seating. Gus totally came through for us once again. He worked with us every step of the way from the design phase to project completion. To say we are thrilled with the end result would be an understatement. Thank you Gus and your team!

A picture is worth a thousand words. Here is the trench drain So Green formed and poured for me. I rarely write reviews, but this “one-man show” named Gus that pretends to be a large company has wasted so much of my time that I feel obligated to warn others.

Retaining Wall, Steps and Landscaping From my initial consultation to the completion of the project, Gus was extremely professional and hard working. From meeting me at the stone yard to select the exact colour, designing a beautiful natural stone retaining wall and suggesting a second set of stairs along the side of the house- he thought of everything. His knowledge of plant/tree varieties was amazing a well and really finished off the landscaping nicely. We are beyond happy with the work that was completed.

We had front , backyard done last year. Gus and his team did an amazing job. Our landscaping is the envy of our neighbourhood. Price was not cheap but quality was excellent

Last fall, we hired Gus for somebody landscaping work and clean up. He and his crew did an excellent job. In addition, we also asked So Green to seal our front yard, walkways and backyard patio stones before the winter.

Gus did a great job on a new permeable paver driveway plus re-building the front porch and entrance to our house. Excellent attention to detail and high quality of work. We have got many compliments from neighbours on the obvious quality and style of the completed project. He was very clear about when he would start the job and how long it would take and Gus and his workers were very respectful of the neighbours while they were working here. Gus has excellent skills and holds all his crew to high standards. The stonework was done with real artistry and the landscape lighting he recommended and installed is beautiful. We were very pleased with the final project and highly recommend Gus and So Green Canada.

So Green Canada did wonderful work re-landscaping our back yard recently. The design was creative, the best of materials were used, and the workmanship was excellent. It is the envy of our neighbours, and ours to enjoy for many years. It is designed to be great for entertaining, low maintenance, and handsome all year through. It is a complete rebuild of the previous garden. It was a challenging job -- integrating a series of retaining walls and flat spaces so they appear all as one.

As you have mentioned the job is on a steep hill as well area and space is tight , we made sure that material selected can be worked with on this project . It turns out looking great . COLOR , texture , custom poured concrete steps ..all worked and blended well
Many thanks for the invite last weekend Saturday to your back yard small party and having invited so many of your neighbours for a drink and food to share your joy of this beautiful back yard . This is very kind and thoughtful . Almost 10 years now since we have done your front yard , and now you have completed all the work around the house . Hope you enjoy them for years to come

It Was great working with you and Michael on your backyard , and I'm glad that we were able to transform Almost unuseable backyard to a levelled back yard with lots of green space , a shed area and all this is due to building a Main retaining wall facing the ravine at height close to the existing side walkway height and making it levelled and usable . Jonathan Ng

Gus and his team did a professional job, excavating, replacing previous patio stone work. He then put up new interlocks in the front, side and backyard patio with a retaining wall and water management system, including landscaping and fence repairs. The final product reflects beautiful workmanship.
