Solutions by Design is exactly what Brian executes. I gave Brian a vague description … I like plants that move in the wind .. and oh I like saturated colors but a Zen feel and I’d love a water feature …Somehow Brian designed “it”. Then he and his team executed it and I am my garden is stunning and serene . Brian is visionary and he is also a perfectionist . He is easygoing , professional , reasonably priced and I would hire him all over again .

Brian completely renovated my condo’s outdoor space and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I had previous experience with his design skills several years back in another home and I knew I wanted him to have an opportunity to plan and bid this new project. His landscape design plans far exceeded my expectations and his aesthetic was precisely what I wanted. Working with Brian and his team from Solutions by Design was a very positive experience. He stayed within budget, was extremely responsive in clarifying issues for my HOA and always kept me updated with scheduling. His crew was punctual, polite and left the site clean and organized. Since completion in early January, I have already enjoyed many gatherings in my new space for family, friends and neighbors. All are unanimous in their appreciation for my newly transformed space.
