Robin was very creative in re-designing a side yard for me. Robin was also very responsive to all my questions.

Robin did a fantastic job with our backyard renovation. We gave her a tricky project -- combine a sport court and turf play yard with a sophisticated garden patio and seating area -- all on a terraced piece of property. We really loved working with Robin. Not only is she a terrific designer, she is a great listener, easy to talk to and very responsive. We moved into a new house with limited, contractor grade plantings and she designed our front, side and backyard areas with a view to adding privacy, tying our outdoor spaces together and making them more functional and attractive. Robin listened to our concerns and created a practical and beautiful design that worked well with the style of our home. She paid attention to our budget and helped us make choices that kept the cost reasonable and still had a beautiful end result. We especially appreciated the four season approach she used so that our plantings have color all year round. There are a number of special design elements - a beautiful curved seat wall, a custom water feature and a design for the hardscape pavers that incorporated plants and gravel. These really elevated the look we wanted and make the space not only functional but gorgeous. The contractor that Robin recommended is very talented and executed the design at a phenomenal quality level. We couldn’t be happier with the results! We have been fortunate enough to work with Spring Greenworks on two different projects. The first was a For Sale Spruce Up to get our yard ready when we put our home on the market. Robin understood what was needed to have the highest street appeal impact while keeping our budget firmly in check. We received terrific feedback on the garden, with one veteran real estate agent commenting that it was the most beautiful yard she had seen in a very long time! Our second project was a refresh of the approach to our new home. Our prior home was a classic shingle style and our new one leans more towards mid century modern. Robin easily flexed her creative thinking to this different style house. Her recommendations were perfect and reflected the style of the house. My husband really wanted a substantial tree, and since it boosted our budget Robin got creative and encouraged us to use a lot of what we already had that would stretch our budget and still look great! We have a few more things to do on the outside of our home and I can’t wait to work with Robin and her team again. Every time I drive up to my house and see that tree I smile with joy!

Robin helped us with a 100 year old property and brought our plantings and garden into this century by holding on to old world charm of original plantings that work but adding a lot of extra touched with ironwork and plantings to match the style of our house. I was a bit of a stress case and she was always gracious and focused on the project and very good about working with me and making it work for my style. Sorry I don’t have better pics to show how gorgeous it turned out! I’m sure Robin has some and can show you!

It was great fun to design and install LED low voltage lighting for Robin's project. Collaborating with another artist is truly inspiring! She had unique plantings, multi-level planting beds and steal walls and borders. Nothing ordinary here! Being able to provide unique, petite fixtures keeps the landscaping/art the focal point while providing illumination discreetly.

Robin is such a talented landscape designer. Our recent container design project turned out beautifully. Robin designed 10 screening containers for our deck and rooftop lounge. The plants are healthy and thriving. Robin is creative, responsive and professional. We love her work!

I was delighted with the end result of my condo deck container project. Robin Parson of Spring Greenworks Landscape Design was helpful, efficient and fun to work with. She listened to my ideas and created a design beyond my expectations. My new deck garden is easy to maintain and a real show stopper. Robin is a great communicator and is excellent to work with. She not only possesses excellent plant knowledge, but her recommendations for Containers have been spot on. The landscaping is gorgeous, all the plants, trees and shrubs are thriving and perfectly situated. I am now able to entertain and enjoy this space every day. I highly recommend Robin!

Robin's design turned out truly beautiful and I am very pleased over all. I enjoyed working with her and the contractor she works with. My only criticism is that I didn't always feel she responded well to my preferences. I'm sure she knew better than I did what would work well in my climate and with the other plants and features in the design, but there were a number of times I told her I didn't want a certain plant and she talked me into it. I am very pleased with the overall design but ended up with a few things that weren't according to my expressed preferences. For instance, I got lots of red and purple which I expressed liking, but there are some pale colors I would rather not have. Truthfully, there are some things I didn't think I'd like but ended up liking when she tweaked the variety. In the end there had to be some quick substitutions because not all the chosen plants were available. Robin told me to wait until everything bloomed and then we could talk about switching some things out if I wasn't pleased. We haven't done it yet but she still says she will see what we can do.

I am tickled pink at how GORGEOUS my front landscaping is for my new home! I called Robin in a panic. My developer was going to plant whatever he wanted outside of my home. She was amazing, dropped everything to help me. We collaborated in person, on the phone and via text. Robin is truly gifted at Design but,most importantly, a pleasure to work with! :)

My project was quite large, consisting of resurfacing a garage roof deck with new railing and steps, removing concrete pathways and replacing with bluestone pavers, designing front porch steps, designing a potting and garden shed, designing a "condo" to camouflage all my garbage and recycling cans, installing an irrigation system, lighting, 2 water features with one being a water garden, and picking all new plant material and replacing my existing plants. I needed a professional landscape designer who would walk me through all the design aspects and recommend a hardscape specialist, and ensure all the work being performed would be done properly for a quality result. My meeting with Robin began with a consultation at my house. She made suggestions for plants and design, and after that initial meeting, I knew I had the right designer and didn't bother researching other landscapers. At first, I had a bit of "sticker shock" when I began to price out the scope of work for what I wanted done. She helped me understand what each element costs and I had to decide what was important and rethink my budget. And in the end, she helped me make the right choices. She listened to all my needs and communicated clearly to what needed to be done, paid close attention to all the details, she came with pictures, ideas, and recommendations and even drove me to retailers specializing in sheds, concrete, and garden containers to help me decide on products. My project is almost completed and I can already see how beautiful and welcoming my landscape turned out to be. She exceeded all my expectations, is a pleasure to work with and I look forward to continually working with her on my future projects of choosing a house color, shutters, and designing my garage driveway.

We were extremely pleased with the plan that Robin provided for our yard. I appreciated Robin's creative process. After seeing the space and asking us a few questions, Robin followed up by sending us photos from her portfolio as well as other links so that we could get a better idea of what she was planning. Installation day came and Robin was right there making sure that every plant and tree was placed correctly. We are ready for phase 2 and will definitely be using Robin again!

Robin at Spring Greenworks did a great job with my very large pots in the front of my house. She planted beautiful flowers that lasted the entire summer and were a center piece for my entry and house.

Hired her services to 'design' a master plan with pathways, irrigation, lighting, driveway and planting areas for a 1.2 acre parcel. Easy to work, good personality, no pressure, knowledgeable about plants and trees, took our ideas and enhanced them or gave us respectful persuasion to consider other alternatives. Continuing to work with her. We are currently in the process of designing and building a house with permits in process so the actual plan is still fluid.

I first saw Robin's work at a friend's home - the backyard had been magically transformed into a very warm, inviting and aesthetic space. Getting her referral from there, I requested Robin to design the front- and back-yards of our Seattle home. She created a design that factored in our need for an attractive, easy-to-maintain yard with lighting and a water feature. We are in the process of implementing this design.

Super pleased that I had Robin do my flower pots for me. I know next to nothing about plants, and Robin was extremely knowledgeable, supportive and helpful. And creative! Spring Greenworks provided the design and construction oversight of the landscaping for our newly constructed house. Spring Greenworks met with us to review our goals, including the style of landscaping we preferred and our budget for the project. They provided preliminary designs and based on reviews with Spring Greenworks, we developed a final design. Spring Greenworks worked with the City of Kirkland to obtain the necessary permits, reviews and final approvals. We also used Spring Greenworks to review and select a contractor and to oversee construction of the landscaping. We are extremely satisfied with the services provided by Spring Greenworks. They did an excellent job of working with us to understand our goals and to work within our budget to provide a beautiful landscape for our new home. I will definitely use them again if I have future landscaping needs.

After 36 years of living in a modest Kirkland home with a minimal amount of landscaping and a yard in dire need of resuscitation Robin Parsons of Spring Greenworks arrived to breathe new life into my property. Robin crafted a lovely design reflecting both her depth of knowledge regarding plants and her artistic sensibilities. We hired Robin at Spring Greenworks to over haul our back yard to create an outdoor space that expanded the patio and to design planting beds that flow creating a harmony in the garden. Our project included regrading the yard, patio and stone pathway design, retaining walls, arbor design, plant selections and lighting. Robin took our ideas and added to them creating a unique space that went beyond what we thought possible. She was responsive to our concerns and followed through making sure that the project moved along on schedule. Her attention to detail was fabulous. We hired Robin the following season to refresh our front yard, a much smaller project but the process and results were equal to our experience on the backyard project.

We wanted to re-landscape our front yard for many years and make it more modern and in keeping with our home. We finally took the plunge and feel so fortunate to have been referred to Robin Parsons, owner of Spring Greenworks. Robin and her team exceeded my expectations and did an excellent job combining my vision with their expertise and creativity. We were able to keep some of the larger trees, but add in specimens to give the variation in color contrast that I was hoping for. We replaced our pavers, paths, a portion of our fence, irrigation, drainage, containers and most of the landscaping and lighting. My family and I absolutely LOVE our new front yard and truly can't wait until spring when everything erupts into color.
