Steve helped us completely overhaul the landscaping in our front yard after moving into a new home last year. Our yard went from looking haphazard and messy to beautiful and streamlined. He made a lot of great suggestions and was also very efficient, taking some of the plants that didn't work well in front and moving them to our backyard where he helped create a screen between our house and our neighbors. I appreciated that he didn't just throw the old bushes away but instead found them a new home (and saved us money!). Great job.

Stephen transformed what was once a small and bleak backyard - which seemed unsalvagable due to a huge concrete stoop and unattractive fencing -- into a haven where we love to spend mornings with cups of coffee and bubbles for the kids. Along one side, he installed natural fencing covered with beautiful foliage and accented with slender fir trees. He then ensconced the stoop in tastefully weathered gray floor boards, giving it an almost beachy feel. Brilliant and low cost!

We just love our patio!! Our landscape architect, Stephen Lopez, went above and beyond with his attention to detail in the designs. From execution to completion, Steve used a hands-on approach. He did an outstanding job and is definitely the person you want for your next project. Our patio is now our favorite room of the house no matter what time of year!

Stephen was referred to me by a fellow architect that had previously worked with him. He was exceedingly knowledgeable and incorporated everything that we asked for into the plans while assuring that we would not have issues with flooding and run-off. He was always available for discussion and was extremely patient with us as we changed plans several times. I would highly recommend him, and will definitely call on him for future projects.

Steve came and visited after I called for a consultation on problems with soil and drainage in a garden along the front of my house. He described exactly what the issues were and provided several ideas, one of which was to build a raised bed box. Even though I related that my budget was very limited, he graciously sketched out a terrific plan for me and I was able to do the job myself. I found him extremely knowledge and courteous, and highly recommend him to anyone who needs professional landscape design services.

I retained Steve to do an Arboracultural assessment on a big Maple tree adjoining my property. He was prompt, professional and provided a report more than suitable for my needs (and spot-on accurate as far as predicting the future condition of the tree). Although the situation didn't didn't warrant it in the end, he also offers expert testimony. I highly recommend his services.

Stephen just completed a residential landscape design for me in Scarsdale, NY. He was easy to work with, knowledgeable and creative. He took the time to understand our objectives and delivered a product that was on time and on target. Lastly, he did a terrific job getting approval for our plan with our town. Not always and easy task.
