Steve and his team of amazing landscapers were nothing short of remarkable when it came to giving us the backyard of our dreams! They exceeded our expectations with everything. From the glorious ipe deck, to the gorgeously lush hedges of hydrangea, butterfly bushes, along with some incredibly unique specimens of flora and fauna, we were beyond thrilled with the end result of his work. The devil is in the details and Steve and his team go beyond. We would recommend him in a heartbeat. The before and after photos speak for themselves.

My co-op building engaged Steve to do landscaping and restoration of slate planters, which was a complex and challenging project considering the age/condition of the planters and the need to remove a few trees. I first hired Steve Griggs several years ago upon moving in to a new house on a bare lot. Steve transformed our property, from the trees and plantings to landscape lighting and huge stone steps! He really listens to what the customer wants and has innovative ideas to make the outcome better than you ever hoped it could be. He can do anything and everything! I hired Steve again to work on landscape design and installation when we built our new pool, in addition to planning and overseeing a new circular driveway and front steps. Steve was hands on from initial design through every phase of execution and is still only a phone call away when I have a question. I have worked often with Steve over the last several years and it has been a pleasure each and every time. Always a beautiful job!

Steve Griggs was recommended by a landscape designer in Orange County, so I decided to try him for the landscape design of a 5900 sf "spec" house that we are building in Westchester and will put on the market shortly. I liked his design, paid him, and decided to hire him to install it. He did a rather complex job in two days, at a price that was quite competitive. The results are spectacular. It's impossible to go by the new house and not smile with delight. And of course, that's how we want all our prospective buyers to begin their tour of the property!

I worked with Steve and his team on many types of projects. Landscaping, pavers, decks and interior renovations. All the work was of great quality. I've been working Steve for a few years and will be for many more to come!! Definitely my favorite contractor.
