We have used Stoney Brook Landscaping for three years since buying our home in Ogunquit Maine. We used them for planting and designing new gardens, and design and installation of stone work around a pool that we built two years ago. We also use them for all garden clean-up, tree and shrub pruning, fertilizing,lawn cutting and snow removal. They are extremely knowledgeable about flora and fauna issues and have an extraordinary eye for stonework design and implementation. They are professional, offer first class service and all of their employees and owners are friendly and courteous. If you are looking for pristine exterior lawn and garden and stonework, I would highly recommend them. The project date and costs listed below include projects in the past three years and we will continue to use them going forward.

Stoney Brook Lanscaping did an excellent job installing my bluestone patio and several walls in addition to a waterscape which included a twenty foot stream and waterfall. We enjoy our backyard so much!

We wanted our entire large garden area in the front of our house completely redone. Stoneybrook provided the drawings and we then chose plants, shrubs and trees with their advice. They prepared the area and put in a substantial amount of organic compost before planting. We were able to give input and change as we needed. The crew was professional , hardworking and fast. Tom found old granite posts to add to the walk and cut granite blocks to elevate and showcase our antique cast iron planters. Guests always remark about these special pieces. Jen is always available to answer questions and concerns and checks on the health of all of the plantings long after the project was done. We also used Stoneybrook to build a large natural stone fire pit with plantings surrounding it. We need it completed in time for our daughter's wedding and they did not disappoint. The morning of the wedding they were putting fresh plants and making it look perfect like it had always been there. The fire pit was a huge hit at the wedding and many times since. We LOVE it! We continue to use Stoneybrook for other garden areas and spring and fall cleanups. Even the occasional "weed it all" when we get behind!

I hired Stony Brook Landscaping last year to design and landscape my property while I was installing an in ground pool. They did a phenomenal job well beyond our expectations. Everyone that has viewed our property has commented on the landscaping work often referencing our property as an "oasis". We couldn't be more pleased with the job they did transforming our property into a beautifully landscaped retreat. Their workers were friendly hardworking and very accommodating. Stoney Brook Landscaping has done several projects at my home over the last 3 years. Most recently they did a gorgeous brick patio and walkway, stone steps and a stone wall. They have also done chimney repairs, landscaping, plantings, tree work and interior stone/tile work. This is an outstanding company. The design work has been beautiful, the employees have been professional and incredibly hard working. The jobs have been finished in a timely fashion and well done. This is a fantastic company. I highly recommend them.

The team at Stoney Brook delivered over and above on the quality of landscaping on our new build house in Maine. They worked with me to refine the architects design, select appropriate materials and plants, which really bought the landscaping to life. They have a very talented team of stone masons as well as their main landscape/plant crew. It is an ongoing pleasure to work with them.

Tom and his team at StoneyBrook were outstanding. The project morphed from a simple clearing project to a full on masonry and planting job!! We had purchased a old farmhouse that was terribly over grown. I had worked with StoneyBrook for years and asked them to bring their machinery and clear the are in front of the house. Once cleared, we realized that we needed to do something that would dramatically increase the curb appeal of the house. Using his stash of vintage granite, Tom fashioned a design that included steps, rock walls and the creation of garden areas that dramatically improved the exterior presence of the house. The house is a centerpiece on Shore Road and since it was overgrown for so long, we still have people that stop in the road to take pictures of the house. They actually almost drive off the road sometimes! I can't recommend Stoney Brook's services, pricing and expertise enough. Tom created this project with our input, but it was his brain child. We could't be happier!

Stone masonry is their strength; all around meticulous attention to detail and just genuinely nice people to have working around your home.
