My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

We love our new backyard after SL transformed it from a kids space to a family oasis! We went into this with a detailed plan and Holly the Straight Line designer took it to the next level. The workmanship from the team was really impressive, great attention to detail. My only constructive feedback is that the experience could have gone smoother as it required our involvement more than I'd have preferred due to project management wasn't always on top of things. But that doesn't change the fact that we love the end result and SL followed through with everything they said they would, and then some.

We are not completely finished with our project--Straight Line has completed our front yard but has to wait to the pool is completed, in order to do the back. We can't wait till the whole project is completed! The front yard looks fabulous. So far, the folks at Straight Line, beginning with Holly in Design right on down to the installers, have outdone themselves! We are so glad we chose Straight Line!!

Straightline went above and beyond to give us the backyard of our dreams. We collaborated with Holly and the team to design and build a pool, bbq and pergola, putting green, 3 large artificial grass areas for our kids, and placing the plants around the yard to maximize the space. It’s been almost 3 years and we couldn’t be happier!!

We have never owned a house with a yard so we had no idea what we were doing. Straightline helped us every step of the way. It was an amazing experience. Holly’s vision for our yard is fantastic. Derek’s guidance and oversight was amazing. After the project was finished Derek had driven by and didn’t like our turf so he came back and corrected it. The customer service was excellent.

Great design and execution. They send over a small army to complete the work, our front yard took just under 3 days, start to finish! The important part is the follow up! Very few companies do this, once they have your cash, plants in the ground,,,, they are gone for good!
