Tom is an extremely conscientious professional who is just really one of the nicest guys on earth who knows landscaping and will make sure you are happy every step of the way. From the easy to follow 3D renderings and written proposal to the final installation, Tom was onsite everyday with his reliable crew, working alongside them and walking me through the project as it went along. He also came with a lightscaping and sprinkler contractor who is as professional and value-driven as Tom. I am beyond happy with the way Sustainable Landscaping totally revamped my landscaping and would give 10 stars if I could!

Tom is amazing. We have worked with him for over 5 years. He turned our small yard into a complete oasis. He is not only incredibly professional but also a pleasure to work with. He is on time, on budget and flexible when working with other contractors. He first helped us when we were putting in a new pool and when the schedule slipped, he accommodated graciously. Recently I had a tree that had been transplanted 5 years ago by Tom that came from Connecticut that had significant sentimental value. No one else would even touch it when I told them the history, Tom came right over and I can happily say after only 2 weeks its already showing new growth. His professionalism and kind demeanor are only second to his tremendous knowledge and attention to detail. I look forward to the next project we have so I can work with Tom and his team again.

I first used Sustainable in 2015 to landscape my front yard after seeing how beautiful other houses he landscaped looked. To this day, I still get compliments from people passing by. I used Sustainable again in 2017 to landscape my backyard after I had a pool installed. Tom and his staff are extremely professional and always available to answer any questions I have.

I had just moved to my new property and the previous owners had clearly done zero maintenance to anything outside of the house and it was an absolute jungle and in need of dedicated professionals to give it life again. My initial search inevitably returned many choices and I made a few phone calls. After meeting with a handful of contractors, one stood out from the rest - Tom. He arrived later the same day, asked many questions to gauge what my goals were, but most importantly, he listened. While I may not be well versed in green stuff, Tom is. He was able to determine what I was looking for and what my goal with the the property was. His estimate was very prompt and very detailed while providing me his projected start date and timeline. Once work began, the transformation was underway. It required a few days to "clean the slate" with removal of overgrowth, excess and debris before the design could be implemented. The crew worked diligently and with great care to make sure everything was done right the first time. Just as promised, he and his crew finished just as projected and the final result was better than I had envisioned. Once done, Tom walked with me over the entire property to review what was done and made sure I was happy and comfortable with everything. While I may not know the names of the plants or the conditions a particular plant thrives in, Tom sure does and that's what puts him at the top of the game. He and his crew are hands-down the only call I'll now make. I had many choices for this project. I'm just glad that I chose the right one.

Tom and his crew are consummate professionals. We had a drainage issue at our previous property and Tom invested a significant amount of time and effort, not only beautifying our property, but addressing the underlying recurring drainage issues. When we moved, there was no question that we were bringing Tom along with us. You can't go wrong with Sustainable Landscapes.
