Brian was the most helpful, courteous, and talented consultant that I could ever have asked for. He took my ideas and worked with his entire team of experts to deliver my vision but in a way that clearly adapted to meet all of the codes and best practices for the industry. I honestly could not be happier. This is a wonderful company.

The Pattie Group created the original landscape plan for our home in Gates Mills which was breathtaking and beautifully integrated with nature to start. Pictures have been on magazine covers. Recently, we used them again to landscape an unruly, ugly, hillside and they created the most beautiful rock garden I have ever seen. They have a penchant for creating natural beauty incorporating stonework, seasonal color and standout, unique, specimens. Their work will make your heart sing. Additionally, we are now using the Pattie Group for our year round bed maintenance because although they are more expensive than most landscape maintenance companies, no one understands more about how to best care for our beds including shrubs, trees, perennials and integrated annuals in order to maintain the most beautiful, colorful, beds throughout the season. If you need to keep things as inexpensive as possible, don't use them. If you are looking for a one of a kind garden and thing of beauty that will make you smile every time you look at it, then they are the only landscape and maintenance company you should consider.

I really needed to address the water issues in my 1/2 acre backyard.. every time there was a heavy rain my yard would fill up with water and become the favorite swimming hole for the neighborhood wildlife.. complete with ducks! I knew Patti Group's excellent reputation as a design-build firm..so I looked no further and called them in to fix my drainage problem. They promptly returned my call and met with me find out my needs and assess the situation. They came up with a plan ..a water garden. Perfect! They got to work and within a week..voila...like magic..their workerbees transformed my wet, soggy yard into a beautiful dry landscape! They also took extra care not to damage any existing trees with their digging..(I have an enormous 250 year old I was particularly worried about). It was a stress-free experience..they were able to handle all aspects of the project with their expertise in drainage, lawns and landscaping. I was kept apprised throughout the entire project and they promptly answered and addressed any questions or concern I had before, during and after the project was completed. I am very happy that my dogs will no longer be big wet, muddy messes after going out in the yard and my dream of having a dry backyard has become a reality thanks to The Patti Group! And yes, guys, I am continuing to water the new grass since the ball is in my court now to keep my beautiful landscape as beautiful as you left it!

I had a concept for a landscaping project in my backyard. I contacted Brian Knauer at the Home & Garden Show after seeing a design of theirs. I invited Brian over to my house to go over the particulars that I wanted included in my project. We discussed his ideas also. He went back to The Pattie Group where their team created a design that incorporated everything I wanted into something that I think is going to be beautiful and natural looking. Something you might expect to see in a park which is what I was shooting for. The pond, gazebo and water feature all seem to be in proportion to each other. I was impressed with how professional everybody was. They started the job finished the job on schedule. They came the day before to get set up to start the next morning. They arrived clean, well groomed and very pleasant to talk to. Things that impressed me most of all were that they seemed excited to start creating something special, taking time in planning out every step. Working diligently yet stopping to talk to me to listen to my concerns without making me feel uncomfortable about slowing them down and working with me on changes that were add- ons. Their main concern was that I was happy with the finished product but I think that they are as excited about it as I am. This Spring is when it is all going to come together. The pond is filling up around the gazebo, the landscaping will be in full bloom and we will fire up the water feature. This should be amazing. I can't wait to invite people over to see it. Very poor experience with this company. Initially they were very pleasant to meet with and drew beautiful lanscape plans. However, they failed in execution of the first stage of the landscape plan and meeting the contracted agreement. In fact, we had to hire another company to complete project. I'm sad to say I would not recommend this company and had quite a negative experience.

Pattie Group has been wonderful to work with. The design team listened and did a wonderful job designing my perfect backyard space. The Pattie Group has taken care of our property for the past 8 years, 3 of which we were not living in the home. We trusted them with everything even when we were not there and relied on them for many extra services , ie watching the home, letting people in for work, etc. Not only did they take impeccable care of the gutters, water fall, sprinkler system, grounds, gardens, tennis court, etc. but they were very efficient. The home was a garden showcase and I could not provide a higher recommendation for The Pattie Group. they truly delivered on their reputation as the premier landscape provider in the Chagrin Valley. Their service and communication was excellent. Their workers and staff were always polite, always took the extra step and made us feel as if they were a partner in maintaining the home. Their landscape style was very natural, even trimming shrubs, etc in a more sophisticated way than the norm. than other landscapers.
