Tri County Landscape

Steve Hurst was all over my project until it was done. As soon as he was paid that was the end of his customer service. He installed haphazardly after dark, he installed dead plants, he installed plants in locations that made no sense, he interpreted my requests to suit himself, not me. His work quality and landscape knowledge were awful. He refused to return to correct anything. He left a mess that I had to hire someone else to clean up. Hiring him was a huge mistake but all his references looked ok. This review is honest.

I was truly impressed with the customer service I was given and the hard work that was performed by try county landscape. They completed the job on the dates I provided. I was completely amazed with the job I Would use them again if I needed to.

The staff and services from Tri County Landscape have been exceptional. I live in Atlanta and my parents live in Florida. They re-landscaped my parents' home and provide weekly maintenance on their property. The staff has been great to work with from afar, as I have coordinated services for my parents' home. The quality of the service is top-notch. Plants, ideas, suggestions, follow-up, and attention to detail are strengths of the company. I would highly recommend Tri County Landscaping without any hesitations.

We are happy with the results we received from Tri County. The plants were beautiful and healthy. Chris gave us great suggestions which we went with. Glad we did. We will be using them again in the future.

We have a new home that had a minimal amount of landscaping that was provided by the builder. We asked Tri County Landscaping to give us some ideas for enhancing our existing landscaping. Ryan was very knowledgeable about plant selection and did a great job of putting a plan together for us that we love! Tri County was on schedule for getting the work done and their prices were very reasonable. We definitely plan on using them in the future for some additional landscaping.

I find Chris very professional, has extensive knowledge about landscaping and knows details about all plants and their requirement. Chris knows what plants works best for different need of the house such as privacy screen from neighbor for narrow space. He went the extra mile by researching different options for screening. I highly recommend him.

Hired Tri-County to design and install a new landscape for our home in Venice, FL. The result is beautiful! Their landscape designer brought new ideas into our neighborhood giving our home a unique curb appeal. They redesigned the landscape in front of our home to include new trees, shrubs, plants, and beautifully designed stone work with exterior lighting. At the rear of our home, around our lanai, among the trees, plants and shrubs installed are foxtail palms which are illuminated from the house side. When lit up at night they provide a serene and graceful vista. The job was brought in on budget and Chris and his staff were - and remain - a joy with whom to work. Tri-County continues to maintain our landscaping and we find them responsive and professional.
