Absolutely wonderful experience. Gina and John were both incredibly responsive, returning multiple emails/texts/revisions in the same day as opposed to multiple days for one response like most other landscape design companies. On site the crew and PM were great, no delays, the work was done according to plan, and it looks great. They also were very understanding of what we wanted, but also adding expertise and sharing why in our specific climate certain things were and weren't good ideas. All in all, can't recommend them enough.

We used Twisted Vine Design for a landscape overhaul (edging, flower beds, boulders, grading, trees, sprinklers, sod etc) and we LOVE how everything turned out! TVD was very communicative, patient (we had some change orders throughout the process), knowledgeable and hardworking. I would highly recommend them!

We got bids from multiple contractors for our backyard landscaping project. We selected Twisted Vine after reviewing designs and looking at similar projects that John and Gina had completed for our neighbors we. Big projects like this are generally a lot of hassle and headache (at least in our experience). However, this time it was easy throughout - John, Gina, Jairo and the team were great to work with. Our project included demo of a builder grade concrete patio and landscaping and replacement with pavers, pergola, built in planters, and updated plants and trees. They installed a firepit and added some trees and bushes. The pricing was competitive and they worked with us as we made a few design changes. With some of the "savings" we decided to add some artificial turf to the dog run on the side of our home. The team completed the work within the estimated timeline and on budget. Now that our outdoor furniture has arrived, we've really enjoyed relaxing in our new outdoor space. We are very happy with the end results and would definitely recommend Twisted Vine to others.

Twisted Vine Design just designed and landscaped my backyard. They were wonderful to work with, honest and on time. I used Twisted Vine for a fairly significant landscaping project. After getting quotes from a few different landscapers, I chose to use Twisted Vine because they prepared a design that was competitively priced and most importantly, they listened to and incorporated what I had in mind for the project. The project involved extensive removal of existing trees, deck, and landscaping rock, grading to improve water drainage, irrigation work, pouring concrete walkway and patio, construction of a new composite deck, laying new sod, and tree/shrub landscaping. The project took longer than initially quoted, but I was kept well informed on the process. The staff was also willing to accept changes during the process with little to no change in cost. Overall, I was completely satisfied with all aspects: cost, design, quality of work, and interactions with staff and workers . I would highly recommend Twisted Vine and would use them again in the future.

We hired Twisted Vine Design to build a stone patio and spruce up our backyard last month. We liked them so much we continued to add to the project on a daily basis. John, Gina, and their entire crew were nothing short of amazing! They were timely, efficient, respectful and helpful with suggestions. I would not think of hiring anyone other than Twisted Vine in the future. So thankful we found them!

I asked Twisted Vine to replace my sprinkler system and my entire yard. Everything from the quote process to the final inspection was superb. Twisted Vine came out to review the scope of work at first. They took a great deal of notes, listed carefully, and asked good questions. Their quote came electronically in an easy to understand format. The quote gave enough detail to understand the work. Pricing was competitive. Once I approved the quote, they gave me a start date. They started on that exact date. During the work, they always kept the area clean. The staff were polite and productive. I had several meetings to review the work. Twisted Vine always worked around my schedule. The work was completed on-time. We received a finished briefing with training on the new sprinkler system. They even came back in two weeks to adjust the sprinkler cycle. The yard looks great! There are not many businesses that do what Twisted Vine can do. I give them my highest recommendation.

Twisted Vine did an excellent job of listening carefully to what I wanted, then creating a design that met my expectations. The entire team is experienced and knowledgeable about landscape and design. The work quality is excellent and I am extremely please with the outcome. The whole project was completed on time and on budget. No surprises form Twisted Vine. Highly recommended.

Twisted Vine was very prompt in all areas - coming to see the project, submitting bids, answering questions, doing the job, and following up at the end. They listened to all our concerns and had good solutions for them all. We highly recommend them!
