We found Watermark through a good friend from Highschool that has worked with him. He was great from start to finish and had always been very responsive to us. We had a staged project knowing that the overall complete project would be expensive. Greg was fantastic in helping work out the details of staging and planning for the next phase. They had a big job that would really effect how the back of our home looked because they had to match the stone veneer, move and lay huge boulders and completely rebuild our deck stairs due to huge grade changes. Everything came out amazing! Justin and the crew were great, friendly and helpful too. They even put up with our big puppy wanting to be in their way each day :). We love, love our firepit and Greg went above and beyond with getting our barn doors. The layout of everything is so natural and so much better than it was. I never thought I would say our dog run looks beautiful! Thank you and can’t wait to see what’s next!

A friend of ours recommended Greg Bobich of Watermark Landscapes. In the past, we've had problems with landscaper reliability. It always seemed that once you pay them, you never hear from them again. We had a small patio where the space was designed inefficiently. We bought a fire chat set and the patio was too crowded. We decided to re-do the patio and contacted Greg for ideas and a quote. We had many sessions where he proposed things and he would rework the design based on our budget. He was so easy to work with! Even though the price for the work wound up being higher than we had anticipated, we scheduled the work with Watermark. I didn't try to shop for a better price. We wanted someone that would be there when they said they would and respond to our questions/changes. Watermark was all that! Greg's crew was respectful of our property. His crew lead Justin was so pleasant. When they did the planting, I was unhappy with a couple of the shrubs (we had requested this change during the design phase). I spoke to Greg and he agreed to change them to the trees he had originally suggested. He was able to take the shrubs back to the nursery so we didn't have to pay for them. During the 3 week job, Greg would come by regularly to inspect the work. We are SO happy with the end product. We have a patio that's very usable. There's plenty of room for the barbecue/bar area and the 4 person fire chat set. They installed professional outdoor lighting that gives it an extra special feeling at night. Watermark is the best and if quality and reliability is important to you, then choose this company.

I'll get right to the point: They're amazing! Don't hesitate to utilize their services! Beautiful work, super precise, responsive to feedback, extremely professional and warm. The longer version is that we just completed a large project with Watermark, which entailed a brand new backyard space, front porch and yard, and roof deck. Everyone we came into contact with -- from the owner to the supervisors to the crew -- was excellent. We are so happy with the outcome thus far, which is why we will likely choose them for longer term maintenance. We recommend them wholeheartedly!

Greg and his team did an exceptional job designing our landscape in solterra! My experience was wonderful beginning to end. He is approachable, honest and kind. He executed my ideas perfectly and really thought out the plants and flowers to make sure something was always in bloom! Our yard turned out stunning! Great attention to detail which resulted in a yard that looked gorgeous without breaking the bank. I would highly recommend greg to anyone!

Wow. Greg & the team at Watermark Landscapes are unbelievable. We highly reccomend working with them. They are responsive and keep to their word. The quality of work is outstanding and their product (trees & material) are the best. We had a different company put in trees when we first built 2 years ago and the size difference of the trees from Watermark Landscaping that they installed this year vs the original company can't compare. Prices were similar but Watermark's trees made the others look like shrubs (I have included photos - the watermark trees are on the left). We have employed Watermark Landscaping for the last two years with upkeep of our property and continual planting of new trees, grasses & shrubs. We will never use another company!

Greg and the team at Watermark are true professionals. We had a vague idea about what we wanted and Greg really took things to the next level for us. We ended up with a truly wonderful backyard oasis thanks to Watermark. Greg was always very attentive to our questions and needs. The workers were very respectful to us and our neighbors. Watermark Landscapes completely and expertly renovated our backyard, transforming it into a space our family loves and enjoys. They poured two new concrete patios off of our house. One of our old patios had not been properly poured by a previous contractor and was sagging; Watermark did a great job in making sure that the patio they installed was securely supported and poured. They also installed two beautiful firepits, a built-in gas grill and bar area, as well as added extensive landscaping to our backyard space. Additionally, they successfully renovated an old fountain on our property, creating a beautiful focal point in our backyard. Overall, I feel that Greg and his team were absolutely wonderful to work with and the quality of their work was outstanding. Greg was always readily available if I had any questions or concerns about the project. He has even been out to check the new plantings after the project was completed; I greatly appreciate this attention to detail and commitment to their work. Also, the employees of Watermark were highly courteous, respectful and efficient in carrying out this extensive renovation. I would recommend Watermark wholeheartedly to anyone looking to complete a landscaping or hardscaping project. They did an excellent job and our family loves our new space. I moved into a new house in May whose yard needed a great deal of attention. It is a large space and I didn't know much about what I wanted other than a ground level trampoline and a basketball court. From the first time I met Greg at Watermark, I had a good feeling he would be able to come up with a design that would work for our situation. Indeed he did! The design phase of the project went well from my perspective. I appreciated that he was willing to keep working with it until it was just right for our family and for my budget. He did not make me feel like I was making poor decisions when I had to scale things back. He respected my wishes and tweaked things until they were comfortable for him and for me. It was a big project which involved many workmen coming and going from our house. Since we were remodeling at the same time, there was a great deal of chaos going on for a few months. The employees of Watermark were very respectful of our home, our space, and our privacy. They were kind and I felt comfortable having them around. Greg always responded quickly and efficiently to my questions and concerns and even since my final payment has been at my home a number of times to check on things, see how we are liking the yard, and making sure all is well. He has kept a close eye on any plants/trees that he is concerned about and has already replaced one tree that wasn't doing well. I can tell that his goal is my utmost satisfaction and that he is the kind of person to ensure that he attains this goal with me and with all of his customers. Our family is loving the new yard! It is just the kind of environment we were hoping for: a great place to be outside enjoying the space with family and friends. When my 13 year old son looked up at me and smiled and said, "Mom, I just can't believe this is OUR yard; it is SO awesome," I knew it was all worth it! Watermark Landscapes is a first calls outfit. They a professional outfit through and through. Their design staff produces excellent designs that are rewarding to work on, their field operations are well managed and turn out an excellent finished product.

We hired Watermark Landscape to landscape our new home this past spring. The results far exceeded our expectations. Watermark Landscape is a team made up of true professionals. We recently bought a home in the Cory-Merrill neighborhood of Denver. Although we loved the house, the builder had put only minimal plantings in the yard and poured an undersized, sloping concrete patio in the back. We hired Greg Bobich with Watermark Landscapes to maximize our outdoor space and soften the bare fence lines around the property to create a mini-oasis in the city. That said, we wanted to work within a budget that would enhance the value of the home without overinvesting. Watermark did an excellent job from start to finish. The plans they drew up reflected the work we had initially described and Greg was very flexible in making changes to suit our desires. The project was started on the date promised and completed as quickly as possible, even with having to deal with delays caused by several spring snow storms. All the work that Greg and his crew completed was very high quality. From the design and installation of the paver patio and custom eight-foot trellis to the selection of plant materials and installation of sod—they couldn’t have done a more professional job. Although we have a few plants that may not have survived the extreme weather, Greg has checked on their progress regularly and will replace any that don’t survive. Throughout the project Greg was quick to respond to emails and texts. Going above and beyond, he sent us pictures of the paver patio’s progress while we were out of town for a few days. Watermark’s crew was friendly, courteous and professional—a delight to work with. We highly recommend Watermark Landscapes and look forward to using them in the future for our landscaping needs.
