After interviewing several firms I hired Xanadu Group to design and build a large deck and landscape installation. During the preliminary meeting to outline the project I found Colin to be receptive to my vision, yet by questioning in a professional thoughtful manner, me helped me clarify my ideas. This exchange of ideas was a valuable first step in the process. This discussion gave me a good idea of the creative process and thinking behind the final design. Colin's artistic and design background was essential. The workers were on time and the project completed in the time frame we discussed. They worked within my budget. Colin came up with a less costly approach, which allowed me to include other items in the design. At the end of each day things were put away and it did not feel like a construction site. For me the design process and seamless implementation was key. I would definitely recommend the Xanadu Group.
