House Restoration (Flippers) Our restoration clients count on us to reconfigure their investments so that they will appeal to more potential buyers while limiting costly renovations. In the Seattle area we help our clients push the limits of the STFI permit. We meet our clients when they get the keys. One week later we review the 3 best floor configurations and finalize the design. One week later we hand them a building permit. Commercial Our company goal is to be your companies design department. We provide design consulting to architects, structural engineers, & general contractors. We provide shop drawings to glazing installers.
