Recently, we had a beautiful patio… including a fire pit, bbq and living area… built in our backyard. After looking at a number of contractors, we selected Yorkville Hill Landscaping Inc. The creativity, workmanship, cost effectiveness and commitment to our project was fantastic. The team that was on site was flexible, hard working and very professional. All of the landscaping in the front of our house has been replaced by Yorkville Hill Landscaping Inc. The change was designed by Yorkville Hill Landscaping Inc, and it looks great. We have received many compliments about how it now looks.

Kyle and his team did a fantastic job designing and implementing our landscaping project for our new house, including nearly half an acre of sod, 3 parkway trees, shrubs, bushes and even a couple evergreens. We weren't sure what we wanted but Kyle made recommendations. It's obvious he cares about his customers. He went above and beyond and helped me setup my sprinkler controller which was setup incorrectly that his company didn't even install! The communication was always spot on and he was always on time for meetings. Fantastic all around. Our yard looks like something straight out of a magazine and we are thrilled.

Kyle listened to our original request and gave us his professional recommendations and drawings. We kept our communications open and settled on the final plans. On the day of the work, the crew were on time and very professional. The head crew chief went over the plans with us and the crew began the work. The job was completed within one day and the crew cleaned up the yard and added extra mulch and grass seed to fill in where necessary. Kyle stopped in to check in with me and we looked over the work and I was very satisfied with the outcome. Everything that Yorkville Hill promised was fulfilled. I will have them back to do more landscaping.

I hired Yorkville Hill landscaping to expand our existing patio. Oscar helped us plan the new patio area, he also showed us numerous stone paver options that we could use. Overall results of the project were excellent, the work completed on schedule and on budget. I also want to mention that the Yorkville Hill team took great care not to damage the existing lawn around the work site and did a great job in cleaning up the work site at the completion of the project. We narrowed our choices down to three companies. Kyle's quote came in the middle, but it was his energy and enthusiasm that sealed the deal. We had an idea of what we wanted. But Kyle brought in his creativity and insight to design a beautiful, yet very functional outdoor living space for our family. Kyle and his fabulous team built an Unilock paver patio with seat walls, two islands with granite countertops, and a cedar pavilion along with lights and landscaping. He imparted knowledge of the material and process along the way. We learned so much from him. He is very responsive and easy to work with. It was impressive how he picked up on our esthetics from the onset of our project. If you want exceptional quality work, Kyle will deliver. We would not hesitate to recommend him for any job. Kyle Burkhart and the team at Yorkville Hiil Landscaping exceeded our expectations with our new patio. During the design phase, Kyle offered options we never would have thought of and integrated many into our plans. Drawings were developed and thoroughly explained which helped us dial in further preferences. The project started quickly and the professional installers took extra care of our property during the demolition, install, and clean up phases.
