A FAMILY OWNED COMPANY - SINCE 1974 Zito Landscape Design is one of South Florida’s most distinguished boutique landscape design firms. Family owned and operated since 1974 and committed to excellence, our clientele experiences a level of care and expertise unmatched in the region. We are a collaborative team of creative thinkers from some of the best landscape architecture universities in the United States, including Cornell University, University of Florida, and Louisiana State University. Our process includes conceptualization and execution of landscape design for residential and commercial outdoor spaces. With 50 years of expertise behind us, we create beautiful designs that respond to the unique needs of our clients to enhance their quality of life. Our landscaping ideas have been featured on HGTV, Sun Sentinel, and in other media, showcasing the ways in which native flora can transform an outdoor space into an exciting and inviting area for our clients and their guests. Chris and his team were able to execute and design a vision I had seamlessly. I had been envisioning my garden space for close to a year, and wasn't able to find a company that I trusted to do the job. Chris and his team were responsive and timely. I am truly happy with the final result and am appreciative of their input before, during, and once the project was completed. They were open to feedback whenever provided. Although the project was relatively small, Chris understood that design would make a huge impact on the space and stressed to me that every project , regardless of size, would benefit from top design choices. I hope to continue working with the team soon as there is always more to do in any garden space. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone looking for a professional landscape and design team!

We are very pleased with our landscaping. Zito was very attentive to our wants and needs - color with very low maintenance, ambient lighting, and kid-resistant plants around the pool. From concept to design, implementation and completion, the team was professional, educated and well versed in plant material for South Florida, as well as hardscape materials and lighting. Our yard is always full of color, and receives many compliments. The plants have established and filled in well. Zito replaced any plants that were not thriving, and we now have a yard that is beautiful year-round with very low maintenance. Zito Landscape Design is a top-notch company, I would use them for any future projects, and highly recommend.

WOW! Amazing company to work with and incredibly professional. Chris and his father John are very hands on throughout the project and they have best in class work crew. We are blown away by how quickly the work was completed as well as the care, follow up, and attention to detail given by Zito Landscape Design. We just completed Phase I which was the major landscaping to our yard inclusive of lighting and irrigation system. We are about to embark on Phase II with them which will be the hardscaping work and additional landscaping add on's. Cannot wait to start on Phase II and see our yard come to completion. I can't say enough good things about Zito Landscape Design. They are experts at design, coming up with great ideas and working with you to refine them. Our project was multi-faceted with pool, deck, paver, irrigation and electrical work, and they were very patient and accommodating. Zito Landscape Design helped us transform our newly purchased property in Boca Raton. The design process was great, Chris and Akiko gave us plenty of options, while allowing us to specify any particulars we wanted. Their crew cleaned our all of our old landscaping and then revisited the plans so that we made sure they still made sense. Their crew did a fantastic job of not only showing up early and working late, but making sure that the entire worksite was completely clean after each day. The results are amazing and we love our beautiful new landscaping.

We don't have much experience in landscape design but I'm afraid Zito has ruined our chances of ever turning to anyone else for future projects; these guys are the real deal. We needed ideas, guidance, creativity on a budget friendly concept - they brought that, and then some. Outstanding work and detail working with Chris and John on a zen garden design for my front and back yard. At first I was slightly intimated calling this company because their past work has been on large properties. I have a smaller front and back yard. However, I was given the red carpet treatment with a lot of attention and detail to the concept of my design. Chris and his team did a great job translating concept to reality and the outcome were breathtaking views of a peaceful zen environment surrounding the outside parameter of my home.
