We used Alan Dunn to design our front and back yards. We were recently awarded a best yard award from the City of Santa Ana for our front yard, for our housing community, which is Washington Square.

We used Alan Dunn and his team for a total renovation of our hillside yard and gardens. The outdoor space was a huge mess when they started. There was literally nothing there, just a bunch of dirt and rocks. They built us a huge stone waterfall and fountain, raised planter beds for vegetable, a sandpit for the kids, hammocks, planted over 30 fruit trees, built steps, a flat lawn area, a 30 foot long pergola shade structure, put down stone as well as wooden decking. You name it, they did it! They transformed our outdoor space into a Southern California outdoor paradise and we're very pleased with the result! Alan and his team have been using our store for outdoor kitchen supplies for years. We have taught each other so much about customer service and business all together. Without his knowledge and expertise we probably would have flopped a long time ago. I trust Alan with questions and refer him business when applicable. Alan's work is of the highest standards. I have been to many of his project locations to make sure the outdoor kitchen equipment is installed and functioning correctly. I had the privilege of working with Alan Dunn and his team during our Landscape renovation in the summer of 2014. Prior to working with Alan I had about 4- 5 other bids provided by other landscape designers and all the stars kept shining back on to Alan. It's probably important to give you some idea of what I was looking originally which was a small minor upgrade with our BBQ and an extended countertop, I had the vision in mind and started looking into various contractors to see if they can share and appreciate the vision I had. Most of them didn't care to offer an opinion and appeared as if they can all get the job done regardless of what I was expecting. Bids were all over the place but I did not have much confidence with the lower end contractors who were over promising me as I had concerns with a previous contractor who left a bad taste in my mouth on a poor flooring project in my yard. So after meeting with Alan and building confidence with his rapport, I asked him if he would share his vision with me and I knew right then he would earn the business and would create my new outdoor living environment. He his team are very professional and have a very high work ethic. We know that construction unfortunately has many hiccups and surprises, however, Alan and his Team did a phenomenal job in staying on course and addressing any surprise fairly and with confidence. He changed my vision in a positive light and addressed the flaws with my original plan and explained his design and how it would be more entertaining. What was originally a small project now was a brand new entertaining vision, however, he truly designed and brought to life an outdoor living area, Kitchen and entertaining feel that I sincerely enjoy spending time in. During the project we encountered a couple events in which I wanted to alter a design and the process of changing the design was presented very professionally and logically. Know that Alan's team are fully dedicated and employees of his company made the entire process very smooth and really gave me a piece of mind. He would always reply to emails quickly and would monitor the quality of his team on a consistent basis. I highly recommend Alan Dunn.

I hired this company to re- landscape our sloped yard. Later, he did some hardscape. To this date, he continues to maintain our landscaping on a weekly basis. These people are AWESOME! Professional, neat, punctual, I could go on and on. If you need landscaping, hardscaping or maintenance, you will not be sorry if you hire this company. They are full service. We just finished a project involving landscaping our front and back yards. We were impressed with Alan's professionalism, creativity, and management of his crew. He returns emails and phone calls in a timely manner. He worked within our budget and listened to our needs. One example, was stepping stones we selected for a pathway. They had unfinished edges and we wanted a tumbled look. They rounded off the edges of each stepping stone with a beautiful result. We are very pleased with the results and would use his services again in the future.
