“I met with Hunter Ten Broeck for a landscape related consult and he provided a professional analysis and drawing related to two french drains to drain water away from the foundation of my house. I explained to him the situation and he engaged in a helpful dialogue prior to providing the drawing and estimate. I engaged his firm for the actual work and was quite please with the meeting I had prior to commencement of the work with his assistant, Carlos, which was a planning meeting and walk through of the planned work. The workers who implemented the plan were hard working, courteous, and were willing to answer questions as the project proceeded. They were willing to dig up plants that were in the pathway of the french drain and set them aside for me to move elsewhere. Part of the project included installing a short retainage wall of moss rock and they saw to it there was careful placement of the rock. The french drains were constructed with care, from the increasing depth the further the trench went away from the house, to the lining of the trench, the filling with cobble, and the grading of gravel on top as the finished product. The cobble catches they placed under the water hydrant and two down spouts work well. I would definitely recommend WaterWise Landscapes Inc and Hunter Ten Broeck to folks considering having landscape of all types done.”
