I called Altered Grounds to help with some landscaping and Jill came out within a few days after my call, I received the bid within a few days and was on the schedule after I approved it for 2-3 weeks out. They called almost 2 weeks ahead of time and got me in. They showed up and got all the landscaping done within a few hours. Cleaned everything up too! Would highly recommend them for landscaping, they are also taking care of my pool and have been extremely happy with the service I have received.

We had a great experience with Altered Grounds. They put in an inground pool for us this past May 2021. They were professional, experts at their work, responsive and efficient. Their guys have been with them for years and it shows. They were thoughtful with the neighboring yard and tidy up after each day. Would use them all over again....great people to work with! *Aug completion date was due to waiting on pieces fencing due to Covid delay...out of AG's control.

We absolutely loved the team at Altered Grounds!! From start to finish they delivered exact what they said they would! We signed a contract with them at the start of September for an inground pool and we were swimming within 3 weeks! I was so impressed with the work ethic of their team - they showed up every day and worked incredibly hard. Several other families in our neighborhood had pools installed during the pandemic and we had the best experience BY FAR. We highly recommend Altered Grounds if you are looking to get a pool!

Josh, Jeremy, Rob and the entire crew were consummate professionals for our project. From start to finish, they communicated clearly and concisely exactly what they were going to do at any given time. They were also quick to reply back whenever I had questions about the progress and anything service related once the project was complete. When it comes to any home project, sometimes finding the right professional for the job is challenging. I needed someone to fix a huge erosion problem on the hillside in my backyard that was causing excessive flooding and mudslides every time it rained. Getting right to the point: I would highly recommend that you consider Altered Grounds to handle whatever it is you want or need to have done! To begin with, Jill was a pleasure to work with. Once she presented the proposal, she then made a second site visit and we walked the areas included in the scope of work to further discuss details. She listened to what I wanted and made some great suggestions while keeping the ultimate goal of this project in mind. Rob, Sergio, Dean, et al… every single person involved in my project worked in tandem with each other – it was amazing to watch, and they made it look almost effortless, which speaks volumes about their collective expertise. It was easy to tell that they love what they do. Overall, I can attest to the fact that Altered Grounds and its employees are knowledgeable, hard-working, trustworthy and reliable…and extremely good at what they do. I am so impressed and happy with the end results, down to the smallest detail. There is so much more that I can say about my experience with this company. Altered Grounds truly went above and beyond my expectations. The work they did for me is beautiful and now I love the view!

I contacted Altered Ground to install a concrete pad. They responded to my email and had someone out for an estimate the next day. The job was completed within the week. The employees were polite and professional. I am very pleased with their work and would recommend the business to anyone who wants quality work.

We hired Altered Grounds to do some shaping up in our yard which involved removing. Tree and a number of plants plus cutting back ornamental grasses. They left our yard in perfect shape and we’ve very pleased. Would hire them again.

Our house was built on the side of a hill. As a result we had no backyard due to the 45 degree angle. The access to the back of our house was limited, but Altered Grounds performed a miracle and not only gave us a backyard, but 3 different patio areas, a flagstone walkway on the south side and hydrangea gardens on the north side of our house. Everything was also beautifully sodded, landscaped and lighted. We can’t wait to entertain in our new yard.
