In Spring 2024, Artisan Outdoor Living completed a comprehensive landscape project for me. Now almost one year later, the plants are flourishing. I am grateful for the design and the excellent quality of the plantings which are cold and drought-tolerant. The entire team was professional and adept at their roles. I want to give kudos to all of them but also to mention by name, Austin White. Austin is the irrigation specialist that has overseen the irrigation needs of our gardens. After discussing the project in detail with Austin, I also decided to utilize drip irrigation and the filtration system so that each plant would receive adequate hydration but also save on the longterm expense of irrigation and also so that the sprinklers would avoid getting clogged with debris. Thank you Artisan Outdoor Living and especially Austin for your patience, expertise, and attention to the needs of our project. Our landscaping is the most lush and beautiful in the area.

Austin from Artisan was an amazing technician. He came out and looked over my entire irrigation system and helped make changes that were causing areas of my grass to die. He also installed this fantastic water filtration system which will help with the clogging of my sprinkler heads. And he also installed a new Hunter terminal. It amazes me that The Villages allowed an antiquated system to be installed in a brand new house. But thanks to Austins expertise we are up and running with a new digital system. I am so glad that my friend gave us Artisan's number. We couldn't be happier. Now on to warmer weather where my grass isn't dormant. Again thank you Austin for your knowledge, expertness, and proficiency.

Artisan Outdoor Living provided one of the best experiences I have ever had with a contractor. My first contact was with Luke. He listened to what I wanted, made recommendations and accurately placed my order. Victor and his crew (I don’t recall their names) were amazing. They walked me through each aspect of the job as they started, making sure that they were doing what I wanted. They verified what they understood to be my intentions up to the completion of the job. Victor and the crew completed the work much quicker than I thought it would take. They also did an excellent job of cleaning up after the work was completed. I am extremely happy with the way everything worked out. I highly recommend this company for their professionalism and the quality of their work.

Austin, the irrigation specialist from Artisan, arrived punctually and clearly explained how he would evaluate our irrigation system. He inspected the sprinkler heads and the rain sensor. He was extremely professional and did not try to oversell us on the services Artisan can provide. He gave us options for inspecting and servicing our system. We are so pleased that there is a company like Artisan that can provide irrigation services that meet the customer's needs. Pricing is competitive compared to other options in The Villages.

Austin did a great job assessing our irrigation system. He found 3 sprinkler head issues which is what we expected. He sent his assessment and estimate for repairs to our email and reviewed them with us. We authorized the fixes. He did the work and showed us how the sprinkler heads were now working. Austin was extremely professional and we are happy to have Austin and Artisan Outdoor Living as our new irrigation experts. Thanks, Austin, for such a great job!. We feel that the assessment was honestly done and that a fair price was quoted for the work. We are very pleased with have this professional and his company to rely on in the future.

Austin is an irrigation king. He is a great listener and offered up some suggestions which included an irrigation filter and master valve switch. His service was great not only because he installed it perfectly but because he answered all my questions. It doesn’t hurt either that he is just a good guy too. He’s my guy now on all irrigation.

Called Artisan Outdoor Living and requested a tree bubbler to irrigate a newly planted roebellenii. Austin responded to the house today. He was thorough and meticulous and did the necessary job. He also did a survey of the current irrigation system and crafted a proposal in the event I want future modifications. Fortunately, I wasn’t pressured to make changes. This impressed me greatly. After removing an old tree, planting a new one and adding the bubbler, funds are low. When my financial situation changes, I will revisit the proposal and determine how to proceed. I must add that Austin, without solicitation, showed me how to turn the valves off for the irrigation system. This was an added bonus and greatly appreciated. My experience today was worthy of five stars, an A+

We had a new water controler installed. Austain stayed after work hours to finish setting up. Everything seems to be working fine.
