I hired Rick and the Bayside Landscape team for a full front and back yard project: turf removal, soil amendment, two new irrigation systems, and creeping thyme ground cover. From the first meeting to the finished yard, the whole experience was smooth. What stood out most was how responsive and easy Rick was to work with. Every question got a quick, thoughtful answer, often the same day. He tracked down the exact creeping thyme variety I wanted by checking with several nurseries, adjusted the quote when a line item wasn't needed, and put together a detailed written service agreement. When I came back with a list of requested changes and a few typo fixes, he turned around revised versions right away with no pushback at all. The crew started on time and worked cleanly. The old turf removed and hauled, soil rototilled and amended, and both irrigation systems installed quickly. The result looks great and the irrigation is working really well, with strong water pressure. Rick even fine-tuned the watering schedule and walked me through the long-term plan. Honest, fair, knowledgeable, and genuinely nice to deal with. Highly recommend.

We spent a lot of money to landscape our front yard about 8 years ago and over time, a lot of the plants didn't make it and the yard ended up being a lot more maintenance and work than we expected or wanted. We saw a sign (for Bayside) on a recently renovated yard near our home that we liked and decided to call and consider reworking our own yard. Rick at Bayside was exactly who we needed to redo our front yard. He was easy to work with and helped us develop our thoughts and wishes into a functional plan that he executed on flawlessly. Rick was on schedule, reasonably priced, easy to communicate and work with, and all around just a great guy. He was onsite working with his crew and they did terrific work very quickly. Our whole project only took about 3 weeks whereas previously it took at least twice that time. We are absolutely thrilled with the results, our yard is now exactly what we were hoping for. We would definitely work with Rick again without a doubt and highly recommend Bayside to anyone who asks.

My wife and I were very happy with Rick and his company and their crew was awesome. Would recommend using this company. Rick was always Responsive when I had questions and was always available. We hired Rick for a complete overhaul of our backyard (see East Foothills project). Rick was incredibly thorough wanting to ensure everything was perfect to our vision and specification. I hired Rick last month to install a new paver driveway, irrigation system with plants, trees with the addition of some landscape lighting. The project was top notch! and very professional I am very please with Rick! Very easy to work with and highly recommended.

Rick and his team did an excellent job on our front yard. We hired them to replace our driveway, porch, and front lawn. They also created two paths, installed low voltage lighting, and a multi-station irrigation system. Rick and his staff are the BEST. They are friendly and professional. They delivered as the job was bid, were on time, kept the site clean and finished as promised. Rick was awesome !
