A very responsive TEAM effort. Excellent communication and notification of when things will be taking place. Very original design made our home stand out from the other 166 homes in the neighborhood. The workers were outstanding. Very eager to assist plus their clean up every day was a welcomed site compared to other companies we have used. Very detailed oriented and thought of everything to make the project amazing!

I'm an avid gardener and was so pleased when I received my garden plan from my designer at Bella Terra. The plan was inspirational, creative and affordable. I'm into my second year and the plants and landscape scheme look beautiful. I definitely would highly recommend this company. I also use them to maintain the garden which they have done in a professional manner. Any issues I've had or questions I needed answered were all handled promptly.

Kyle stopped by our home on his way to another client. My husband was outside, and Kyle ran up and shook his hand. Kyle told him he noticed our grass needed watering. We had just hired Bella Terra to maintain our irrigation system. Kyle quickly changed the settings on our irrigation system and went on his way. We were so appreciative of Kyle stopping, because we knew that Kyle is very busy trying to catch up on his work. We knew this, because Kyle had called us a week or two before to say he would be sending us the proposal we requested very soon. Kyle explained he had some staffing issues and was little behind. We love Bella Terra, because of Kyle. Most contractors would have driven right by our house. Kyle's call to us to say he was running behind is unheard of in our area. Kyle's customer service is outstanding. We are so appreciative of his communication, professionalism, and attention. We are so happy we switched to Bella Terra and the credit goes to Kyle!!

Megan was wonderful from the start of the planning period, through many changes, up to the completion of the project. The installation team were very friendly and efficient, even while adjusting plants to my very particular tastes. When it was time for the follow up visit, the guys worked quickly and cleaned up the area very nicely. Looking forward to seeing it all in bloom in the Spring.
