Your review is for the other Bolanos Co. that does maintenance. There are two and there is not a Brian that works at the Bolanos on Algonquin Rd. that this Houzz account references

They came to install concrete steps in our backyard in October. The steps are now all cracked and crumbling. After calling and emailing several times to get in contact with someone I was finally able to reach someone and they came out to assess in April. They said it was too cold when they put them in and that was the reason for the issues (I feel they should have known it was too cold at the time). I was told they would take down and reinstall in May when it got warmer. Never heard back from them so I called 2 weeks ago to get a date they were coming and they said I was scheduled the last week of May. I call today to find out an actual date and I’m told they can’t come until July and when I asked to speak to a manager because we cannot wait that long (I have 3 kids here and 1 of them has already cut their foot on the sharp edges of these steps) the kid answering the phone (Brian) told me he’s not the one that put these steps in and he doesn’t have time for this and hung up on me. Super professional. I would not use this company. Their work is horrible quality and when you can actually get a hold of someone, they don’t care about their work because they already have your money.
