From the HOA process to numerous follow ups my project manager stayed on top of the process. Once I had approval they broke ground with precise attention to detail. I had an all season type of project with some rainy days but the attention to cleanliness did not go unnoticed. They were competitive with pricing and it includes design, permits, labor and insurance. “We had a wonderful experience working with Carlos. He redid an outdoor kitchen that was built by another contractor that wasn't to code, and was falling apart. Carlos, added an arbor, sink, gadgets burner, access door, lighting, and new stone counter tops. He manages to build the arbor without destroying our Saltillo patio floors. Other contractors wanted to put posts in odd places, and break into the existing patio in a visible location. Carlos is knowledgeable and creative. He also took out our old cracked tiled walkway and put brick. Replaced old lighting and sprinklers.We have come to rely on Carlos for all of our landscaping needs, whether, big or small. He stands by his work. If you have any issues he will address them in a timely manner, and he finishes his work in a timely, clean manner.”
