“Doug Bibb's Landscape Company is hands down the best landscape company with whom I have had the pleasure of working since I moved to the Northern Virginia area. Why is Doug Bibb's Landscape Company so good? Glad you asked. They offer timely, professional and friendly service. They offer design plans, horticulture advice, they plant only the best shrubs, trees and flowers. They are honest. They guarantee their work, they follow up on jobs checking plants, making sure they are being watered, and they are courteous and quick about call backs. They also offer maintenance. They offer budge friendly jobs, and long term plans. I don't even call anyone else. I have been working with Doug Bibb's Landscape company for 10 years. That speaks volumes. During that time I have tried two other landscape companies in the area and went right back to Doug Bibb. He is the only one who really means what he says and does what he says he's going to do. In addition, and in conclusion, Doug and his team, that includes an very knowledgable designer, Brittany, really look at and study the yard at different times of day to see where the light patterns are. They take note of what seems to grow heartily in the particular soil of the yard, the designer takes into consideration they type of plants used so the yard looks good all year long. And she spends time to consider groupings of colors. Because of their hard work I now have one of the most beautiful yards in the neighborhood. “We just finished our first project with Geoscape, but we knew well before it was finished that we would be happy with the end result. Not only do we highly recommend Geoscape, we are starting our second project and will begin working plans for a third and fourth over the next few months. By giving us questions to consider and showing us visually how they have handled other problematic areas along with their innovative ideas, Ken quickly grasped what we were trying to achieve but did not know how to describe ourselves. Geoscape delivered high value by advising us how to use our resources for high gain. They helped us understand where to make trade-offs to get the optimal result and stay within budget. He presented multiple options within our price range and thoroughly pointed out the pros and cons of each. The detailed explanations enabled us to make the right decisions all along the way. The other aspect of value was their willingness to work with what we had when practical vs. starting completely anew without compromising the outcome desired. “The crew came out and did a great job pulling out and replanting the foundation planting at my home. The pulled out 7 old azaleas and 3 newer ones, The 3 they replanted in another area for me. The new planting was done quickly and all the material appears to be doing great. The Paperbark Maple is of excellent quality and well shaped. The crew was courteous and polite. The nandinas and hydrangeas used in the new planting were of excellent quality and size. This was not contractor grade material, true nursery stock quality.”

“I hired Chad at Surrounds, because I was looking for someone who could transform our backyard into another area for entertaining. We trusted him. He worked closely with us to present and modify the designs. He let us know when things would not work. We wanted a football field for the kids, as well as covered porch for the back and stone patio /fireplace or the fall. The landscaping was to tastefully hide our close neighbors and provide a southern style charm with year round color and lots of green texture. It is gorgeous on all counts. They flattened the yard and stonework is perfect. We love it.”
