“We had this company install an in ground fiberglass pool and paver surround. Jeremy (the owner) and his crew did an outstanding job delivering on our vision for this project. This was a large, somewhat complicated, project and at times it appeared to stretch the resources of the contractor, but the final outcome more than made up for any challenges that were encountered.”

“Highly recommend Landscape Innovation. Micah clearly holds his work to a very high standard of excellence. I particularly appreciate his communication (no wondering when your job will be done), and how he takes the time to understand what you're looking for, to make sure he delivers exactly the right result. He also has a great eye for the potential of your space -- ask him what to do with a disheveled yard, and he'll make it into the envy of the neighborhood!”

“I sought a landscaper at the Home and Garden Show in Knoxville. I was introduced to Rick Oakes (owner) by someone at one of the building supply exhibits. He told me that Rick would do great work for a great price. He was so very right. Rick and his crew worked on our project for about a week and a half. They reshaped two areas in our yard and constructed two beautiful stone retaining walls. One of the areas required that they remove an existing (crumbling) wall that was incorrectly installed when the house was built. This meant that they also had to remove a section of back porch neatly enough that it appeared to have been undisturbed. They managed all of these things beautifully. After re-sculpting the necessary areas, Rick and his crew landscaped the beds according to my request. I wanted color for most of the year, a couple of trees, plants that needed little to no upkeep on my end, and plants hardy enough to manage full sun. Not only did they do all of these things, the plants were spaced to allow for full growth. For instance, one evergreen has been planted so that the largest branches will eventually provide a gentle sweep over the edges of the highest wall. Nothing is planted in a way to interfere with the house or any electrical lines. In addition, my herb garden was relocated and replanted as part of the new landscaping as were several flowering shrubs that have sentimental value. Where some of the plants will die back in the winter, Rick placed several boulders to add visual interest. In all, two small beds were combined into one larger, aesthetically pleasing bed surrounded by a beautiful wall. (turning a steep area into a riding mower-accessible area) That bed and two others were planted. A small unstable brick wall in the lower yard was removed and a larger area was contoured and enclosed by a matching stone wall that could, at some point be restructured slightly if I decide I want a water feature (another request on my part.) The larger project adds value to the home and the smaller project removes an unsightly mess that would have reduced the home's value. Rick finished the project by leveling and seeding the areas of lawn that were next to the landscaped beds. His one request was that we water the new plantings for a few weeks to insure that they had what they needed to grow. We did and the plantings have thrived. While we were given a guarantee, we will not need to use it. While the cost of this project was just over the $10,000 mark, we received a great value for the price. This was a project that would have needed doing and is a major project that we have been preparing for. Rick was on site and actively involved in the hard work of the entire job.”
