Commonwealth Curb Appeal

We initially chose Commonwealth Curb Appeal after seeing their work at two different houses, and after seeing the quality and craftsmanship that went into their work, and upon recommendation from former clients. During our own patio/fireplace project Josh has personally been very available for communication, going above and beyond the norm to make sure things were "right" with the job (even after normal hours and on weekends, and with incidentals associated with the job. It is clear that he cares about the work, about his final project, and about the customer's thoughts, comments and opinions. I think josh realizes and appreciates that his clients are paying hard-earned money for their projects and as such he honors and respects that fact by giving 100% back to the client. Garrett and his crew that performed the work couldn't have been nicer folks to work with. This has even been echoed by several of my neighbors that had interaction with the crew. The crew was meticulous in building the fireplace and patio. They also were very good in keeping the streets and construction area clean every day, I could find no fault with their work, and they maintained a positive attitude - - even during the 90+ degree days of July! The crew at CCA are top notch! From the minute we met Chris and Josh, we knew great things were going to happen and long-lasting relationship were created. They walked and talked us through our concerns and yard challenges and presented with a design the exceeded our expectations. And within budget… A start and delivery date was set and once the crew started, they finished earlier than expected. The crew treated our yard / property like it was their own by never leaving trash, scraps, and debris laying around. The crew was safe and respectful with kids around and always communicated clearly when we had just curious questions. Even the kids questions… Overall our family had a great experience with these CCA. They were all very professional and would definitely recommend them.

We wanted a walkway with steps to our basement and decided to throw in a fire-pit with a small patio too. What we unknowingly thought was an easy job, was so much more challenging and in depth then we had ever had thought. The finished project looks nothing like our first thoughts prior to talking to them, but instead it’s so much more than we could have ever hoped for and imagined. CCA helped with a design that would work and fit in our budget. Once work began, the work crew was gracious and gladly answered questions as we watched and sometimes questioned the multi-step process. They worked through all kinds of weather including some late season snow. They were extremely detail oriented and the finished product truly transforms the space. We strongly recommend CCA and would hire them again in a heartbeat. Everyone from the designer, installaters, and even the front office staff in this company is professional, knowledgeable, kind, and worth every penny.

Commonwealth Curb Appeal did an outstanding job installing our patio, fire pit, and lighted seating wall. We are so pleased with the results and hosted our first gathering last night. We are getting lots of compliments and I imagine a few calls will be coming your way from our the Roxshire neighborhood! From the first meeting with Chris and his follow-up, to the regular updates from Matt as winter weather impacted the installation, to the friendly and professional installation crew headed up by Garet, we had a great experience. I am a Do It Yourself kinda gal mainly because I am a perfectionist and these guys met the mark (and I didn't have to get dirty or kill my back in the process). I know it was installed correctly and will bring years of enjoyment to our family and friends. I am already getting quotes for the next phase!

Commonwealth Curb Appeal is by far the most professional, stable and courteous company of their type around!!! My wife and I began a pool and patio project in March 2017 and by September we had been stiffed by two local contractors and out nearly $18,000-. We called Josh, the owner of CCA (which we should have done in the first place) and he rescued us from a very undesirable situation. The previous contactors had left an unbelievable mess...areas partially done and done incorrectly, our pool had half of the liner ripped out and there were hundreds of frogs breeding in the swamp in the green deep end. Josh got on it immediately and within a very short period of time we had a stunning pool area. While others were closing their pools for the season we were finally opening ours and are still enjoying the superior work performed by Commonwealth Curb Appeal. THANK YOU JOSH!!!

I have used Josh with Commonwealth Curb Appeal on several large projects that involved hardscape. Josh's knowledge of the business is exceptional. Chris and Josh were amazing to work with. Customer service is top-notch and they really stand behind their work. They helped us design a paver patio, sidewalk, and sitting wall for our backyard. After "interviewing" numerous hardscapers we knew they'd be great to work with. They even came back out to help us fix the sidewalk when a utility company damaged it. That's customer service! Would be my 1st choice to use again.
