Coogan’s recently designed and installed an outdoor living space for our new home. From the first phone call to the final walkthrough they were professional, prompt and attentive. Tom and Derek listened to our ideas and presented us with a 3D model that perfectly captured what we were trying to envision. It was obvious they knew what they were doing and that we had made the right choice. The construction crews were skilled, hard working and respected our property. The communication with the Project Manager throughout the project was consistent and timely. Any questions or concerns were welcomed and addressed. We now have an incredible outdoor living space that is a joy to use and a delight each time we walk out the back door - a complete transformation. My husband and I hired Coogan's for a personal project and couldn't be happier with the outcome. We worked with David for the plans and were blown away by the design presentation. He listened to our needs and stayed within our budget. The installation wait time was lengthy but our schedule was flexible. Kieran and his team executed the installation. They were prompt, professional, and keen on detail. We love our new space and highly recommend Coogan's!

We recently hired Coogan’s Design to help us give our property a landscaping facelift. We couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome! We gave our project manager full discretion over the design and materials used in the project. He did an amazing job. We have had many neighbors compliment us on our yard. Also even though our project was not huge we felt like we got outstanding service. The project manager was very attentive to our needs. When we asked for changes our project manager was very responsive. Based on our experience we are looking forward to our next phase of landscaping projects with Coogan’s Design.

Thanks to Coogans for the back yard my husband and I absolutely love to spend time in. The process from design through completion was smooth with a great project manager and team who were flexible and worked with us on tweaks to the plan. Kieran has an excellent eye for plant design and was a joy to work with. We were so pleased with the back yard that we had them come back and update our front and side yards and we love that as well! I can't thank this team enough for helping to create the back patio/living area and pool of my dreams. I had been searching for houses with pools for a few years and finally decided to build my own. This team met with me countless times to help design the right pool for me and the house as well as designing and building an outdoor living area that quickly became my favorite "room" in the house. Communication and responsiveness from the project management team is fantastic once construction begins all the way to completion and beyond.

Exceptional Value! Although not the cheapest, Coogan's exceeded my expectations. The entire process from initial contact to job completion was very professional and organized. Designer (David) truely listened as the final plan was a perfect balance between my vision and his expertise. Project Manager (Kieran) was on site each day and kept in close contact with me to insure everything was going smoothly. I was particularly impressed with his flexibility to the multiple "tweaks" I asked to be made to the original design. Choose Coogan's for a great customer experience.

Look no further if you want a one stop shop for a beautiful outdoor living space. Their design team created a beautiful plan and were very flexible when changes were required. They organized all the other contractors (i.e. fence installation, plumbing, electrical). The crews were supervised by Kieran, who was always available to answer questions and gave recommendations while keeping your budget in mind. Tom Coogan has a great team . From start to finish rest assured they were professional, always responsive and communicated with us. Thanks again for a great job!!!!

We hired Coogan’s Landscape Design for a total renovation of our backyard. Our backyard was not very functional and was never used. Tom Coogan and his team created a backyard paradise, building a covered porch with an outdoor kitchen, a swimming pool with a waterfall and hot tub, a stone fireplace, and a complete re-landscape of our backyard. We hired Tom because of his integrity, honesty, and the top quality of his work. Coogan and his team did an outstanding job and truly created the backyard of our dreams. This is a long overdue review. I contracted Coogan's in April, 2015 for a large project. I had a pool and deck put into my backyard. The project quickly became more than I had anticipated, but Tom and his team were great taking the time to explain issues we ran into or helping us to make the right decisions. While the project took a little longer than we had all hoped, it was done professionally and turned out incredible. Even a almost a year later, the Coogan team stood by all warranties and have probably helped us a little here and there to make sure I was doing the right things with the pool. I can't thank Tom and his team enough. When I say they went over and above, I can't explain this enough. Nice job to all involved.
