We used Curb Appeal Design on a second project for our home. The first project they did was a beautiful paver walkway with landscaping and lighting. When we were ready to redo our deck, we knew we wanted Curb Appeal Design to do this project. The owner, Mo, was fantastic from start to finish. He came to our home to evaluate the job. In speaking with Mo, we decided to build a waterproof patio under the new deck and add a retaining wall with stairs to access the patio. We also wanted to add significant lighting. Mo made himself available to meet us at the supply store to pick out the materials. We needed composite decking, aluminum railing, lighting, blocks for the retaining wall and stone veneer to go against the foundation wall. Mo has an eye for design, and he spent time with us picking out the appropriate materials and colors to ensure a high-end style. We would not have been able to do this on our own. Mo also made himself available both during the day and evenings when we had questions. He always answered our questions and had great ideas to ensure the look would be achieved. Mo was able to resolve the issues with our property (high water table, sloped side yard, existing door into the house, etc.). Curb Appeal Design’s work is definitely a step above other contracting companies. Using Curb Appeal Design makes it convenient since they handle construction, grading, masonry, lighting and planting. The design and construction is handled from start to finish. We also appreciated that we were able to deal directly with the owner on a day-to-day basis since Mo was onsite every day. The entire job exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Curb Appeal Design. We will be using them to repave our driveway and add landscaping to complement it.

We asked them for an estimate to repair a stone wall that someone had hit with a truck and knocked a few stones loose. When Mel came he seemed very nice. We had heard about them from neighbors, but then never got an estimate even after following up about 3 times. I guess the job was too small.

In a business in which it is rare to find a contractor who is simultaneously professional, knowledgeable, delivers a final product which exceeds your expectations as well as honest, a man of his word - Mo Suleiman ("Curb appeal design") towers above the competition. My wife and I learnt the hard way that being tempted by lower prices of another contractor only leads to needing to finding Mo and asking him to undo and redo significant portions of the project. We wish we started with Mo; we would have saved time, frustration and $$$$.

I planned a patio extension in my back yard in April 2017. I reached out to our current landscaper, who provided a quote for the extension. I wasn't impressed with his price, so I contacted Mo, who was recommended by a friend who was currently working with him. After looking at our existing patio, Mo recommended removing all paver stones and leveling out the existing patio area, then blending the existing and new pavers to create a seamless look. While I was concerned about the cost of this bigger project, Mo gave me a very reasonable quote. In addition, he was able to start the project almost immediately. I'm glad we took his advice, as the final project exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend Mo for your next project.

Mo and his team did a large outdoor project with us that finished last summer. They re-did our front porch, steps and walkway in travertine. They installed a paver driveway, paver patio around our new pool and created a stone faced fire pit and bench, outdoor kitchen and hot tub surround. The whole team was very knowledgeable and fully discussed what was happening. They were very knowledgeable regarding the complex grading and drainage concerns that our particular project had. The proposed costs were accurate and respected. As with any project there were some additional options / add-ons but they were always presented to us in an informed way and we did not feel pressured for extras. We would happily work with Curb Appeal again and would not have any reservations about recommending them to family and friends

Mo was extremely professional and made multiple site visits to ensure the work was going as planned. He has a good eye for design and once his team was on site, the worked efficiently and cleanly. We had some concerns about packing soil but Mo returned quickly to help resolve the issue. Mo and his team did a complete new porch and walkway for us.

After going through several contractors we came across Mo. The moment we met we clicked and we bought him on board. He was very respectful of our space and completed our landscaping project on time and within budget. He did our stone patio and a few flower beds and stepping stones. We are also planning to get him to seal our patio and for any future work. We are looking forward to enjoy our patio this summer. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
