Commented: What's the source of the box track system? Thanks.This box track is the same as you would use on a barn door. Available at most big box stores or online (I would search galvanized barn door hardware).

Commented: Love the floor & seatwall.The flagstone on the patio is 1 inch Indian Slate Grey dry laid on a bed of hpb (high pressure bedding) and the seat wall stone is 2 inch thick Indian Slate Grey coping.
