Mark, Chris and the CYC team are truly amazing! They really listened to our goal and vision to help us integrate fluidity of space into a detailed, wide-ranging plan, in the surround, of our new home. From every perspective, the team created valued function and beauty throughout the property. The proposed project had many challenges that were all met with calm, articulated execution. The CYC team provided/delivered comprehensive communication via meetings, emails/texts and prompt return phone calls for review, regarded feedback, and CYC recommendations which makes all the difference. As a result, design refinement, timely execution of simultaneous projects, budget concerns, skilled and knowledgeable performance, personal plant selection honored and secured, and emotional connection to the space with respect to the environment made for an enjoyable work experience. This is extremely important when considering a landscape company - which is why we choose CYC landscaping. Mark also assisted us during the HOA approval process by knocking it out in only two submissions. Our project was large in scale encompassing many technical and logistical challenges (BBQ Ramada, Putting Greens, Irrigation, Lighting, Pavers, Pool Travertine, Rock Walls, and Fire Elements). CYC is a full-service landscape company that completed every project and wish with excellence and distinction. We honestly could not have imagined how much enjoyment (relaxing and fun elements), and appreciation of a truly transformed oasis would bring to our family and friends. Perhaps, we are going on too much but the constant procession of people passing by to take pictures speaks for itself. Every person that encounters the property is amazed by the grace of design and so many unique vantage points. This was our second project and largest project with CYC Landscaping. We cannot say enough about the great experience we had with everyone at CYC! The ideas, on the spot changes to make it better, the immediate attention to any corrections - you name it we did it and CYC totally was a pleasure to work with. CYC Landscaping is a professional organization that lives by the motto, "Do what you say you will". Our designer, Michael Larchick was very professional and walked us through the design process. He was not only patient, but provided suggestions for the best design for our backyard. CYC uses top quality products and materials in our installation and met our expectations and timeline. We were so pleased with the results with the backyard, we also contracted CYC to design/install our front yard as well! Thanks CYC!

I have worked with CYC Landscaping on projects at 2 different houses I have owned. They have been extremely responsive to all of my needs. They have showed up when they said to all of our appointments, given great ideas and even supplied me with a detailed drawing showing exactly what they were going to do in my yard. Most importantly, when it came time to do the project I had a detailed timeline of when the project would be completed and they met it every time. As with any project, there can be hiccups, but CYC always remedied those issues quickly and made my yard look amazing. I cannot recommend them enough.

I have used them for monthly yard maintenance, installation of pavers, as well as removing my spa and adding to my patio. They also maintain my irrigation system and I am quite satisfied with their services.

Contacted CYC Landscaping about re-landscaping our front yard. Mandie was very nice and courteous and set up an appointment with Mike only a few days out. Mike was very punctual and listened to our ideas and as he reviewed what he understood we wanted, he also had a few suggestions that we had not thought of such as an updated irrigation time clock which could accommodate more zones allowing for a greater variant of plants, cactus and trees as well as some potted plants which we had always wanted. Mike provided computer generated drawings and a simulation of what our yard would look like in a few years when the plants and tress were more mature. This showed us that we were asking for too many plants and we were ultimately able to save some money knowing that the space would be filled in as the plants and trees mature. We did get 2 other quotes, but neither design submitted met our expectations and we were not willing to sacrifice when Mike was able to give us exactly what we wanted and was willing to work with us to make it fit into our budget. We scheduled that work and 3 weeks later the crews showed up to do the demo and get started on the work. Shawn and Mandie kept us informed of progress to schedule and provided information on delivery days for material and after a week, the yard was completed on schedule. Shawn made sure that all of the irrigation was working properly and showed us how to use our new time clocks for both the drips and landscape lighting. We did have to wait a week for a plant that was not available to be delivered and installed, but it was delivered as promised and we love that our front yard is now making our neighbors envious! Especially at night as the landscape lights showcase our yard even after the sun goes down.

CYC Landscaping restored my faith in contractors. I have had a lot of bad experiences, but then met Mark at CYC. He listened to what I wanted, gave me advice and presented options that met all of my needs and stayed within my budget. My back yard now looks like a resort and I love it. Every step of the way CYC did what they said they were going to do, they met all schedules and exceeded my expectations for quality and have even come out to answer questions for me after my project was completed. I highly recommend CYC Landscaping to anyone who wants to update an existing yard or install a new one.
