Started using David J Frank summer of 2024. The first two weeks they destroyed my backyard by continually running their machines over a very wet and saturated lawn. Took three months for them to finally fix it. This week, I put in an invisible fence with a few of those flags used for training dogs. They refused to cut my grass, weed whack... they did nothing. I was charged for the service, and they will not refund me, stating it's their policy which is ridiculous. This company is of poor quality, and it is unethical in its business practices.
