I cannot say enough wonderful things about both the company and the product. From the moment I first spoke with Shari to set up an appointment until the project was complete, the customer service was exceptional. Calls were returned quickly and everyone from Alex, who did the quote to the installers, were punctual, completely knowledgeable and went above and beyond. We have two large dogs so decided on turf because of the damage to our grass and the mud in wet weather. We felt we needed the most pet-friendly product available and we are 100% happy--no odor and waste is easily picked up. We could not be happier, and neither can our dogs who can now play outside as much as they like! More recently, after my husband replaced our old fence Alex and John arrived quickly to fix the turf that needed to be pulled back during the fence installation. Once again, the customer service and workmanship were incredible. I highly recommend this company!

I couldn't be happier with our new turf purchased and installed by Design Turf. The Design Turf team (friendly, knowledgable and timely) made the entire process (consultation appt. scheduling, product education (we have a small dog), purchase and installation) easy and flawless. Although our backyard has only a small grassed area, we simply couldn't get the grass to grow. We now have a stunning looking backyard! We've had a number of heavy rain storms since our installation date and the water drains perfectly. Thank you Jerome and the entire Design Turf team! I'm can only hope that I'm this pleased with the product a couple of years from now.

We had such an amazing experience working with Design Turf. The team is super friendly and professional. We had a very shady and uneven yard full of tree roots and we didn't think much could be done with the space, but the result is outstanding. Everything from quoting / arrangements / installation was seamless and exactly as described. The installation only took one day and when we arrived home from work our toddler squealed and rolled around for hours. We've been enjoying picnics on the grass every evening ever since. Such an incredible difference and we can't believe we waited 5 years to get this done. All the thumbs up for this company and they work they did.

I received 6 quotes to turf the area around my deck this spring. All of the companies had fantastic owners/sales staff who produced great samples. After all my research, Jerome had the best product at the best price. (you can really tell the difference that the product is NOT made in China). Once you see the samples, the product will speak for itself. The best part though wasn't even the price, or the product. It was the installation crew. It took 6 guys about 4 hours to remove everything (a lot of work) and finish the installation for 400 square feet. They didn't just do a great job, they worked quickly and efficiently, were extremely friendly, and cleaned up beyond my expectations with exceptional attention to detail. Best of all, one guy on the crew is a drainage specialist...it's literally "what he does"....so if that's a concern....it really shouldn't be. If you're on the fence, let me push you towards Design Turf, you simply won't regret it. If you're like me, after reviewing all the different companies and see it as a no brainer, rest assured once the job is complete you'll definitely have the satisfaction of knowing you made the right decision. My mother-in-law had her yard done too....exact same experience and we've both offered our properties as a place for potential customers to look at if need be...THAT's how happy we are with the service.

I recently hired Design Turf to redo a portion of my back yard. The quote was reasonable the product the very best I had seen. The Team arrived on time, worked hard, and finished in one day. Leaving a clean and perfect backyard. I could not be happier I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a work free lawn. It looks Fantastic.

We were impressed from the first prompt and professional meeting with Jerome and great communication with Brandi in the office, to the polite and meticulous young crew led by foreman Mark. We were very excited to change our backyard into a space that we could use a lot with our family and friends for a long time without too much fuss or maintenance. We wanted a space to be able to kick a ball, run and roll around without worrying about getting full of dirt, mud and grass stains. Basically we wanted a yard that was functional and beautiful all in one. Turf was the best option BUT we of course wanted to make sure we choose a company that are experts in this field. Our yard is quite large and a bit of an odd shape and went from high to low at several different points, so we needed more than just someone who could install grass well. We were quite concerned with making sure that the grading would be done well to allow for proper water runoff and drainage and making sure water would not accumulate close to the house. We had several companies come in to assess the yard and give us feedback on all the above as well as cost. One of our meetings was with Jerome from Design Turf who was professional, polite and extremely knowledgeable in all of the areas that were important to us. Jerome made us feel very comfortable and confident that Design Turf would be able to accomplish everything we were trying to do. With reviewing all the feedback and estimates from all companies we decided to go with Design Turf and we are SO VERY thankful that we did. Everyone on the team that worked on our project was extremely professional and worked very hard to make sure our yard was exactly what we wanted. There are a lot of details that go into making a yard of this size, shape and grade work well and the Design Turf team came through 110%. The entire team did a fantastic job and we are very thankful to them all. We now have a fantastic backyard that we love to spend a lot of time in. Design Turf made our backyard dreams come true. The staff of Design Turf are professional and courteous right from the sales team to the installers. The installers were punctual and respectful. They did the job quickly, efficiently and cleaned up when done. I was most impressed with the team assigned to our installation. The product is superb. We have had the lawn now for all seasons and are very happy with the results.

Its hard to be respectful when a company starts an install in November of 2014 and says they can't complete it by May 30, 2015. If you start a project and have to end it before it's completed because of the weather, that's fair, but when the weather is available to do the work, uncompleted jobs should be a priority. So far, this company has said they will refund my money and I can get someone else to do the job. Meanwhile I have a sea of dirt in my back yard. Buyer beware of this company.

I recently inquired about Turf for my small backyard. Meeting with 3 other companies, Design Turf was BY FAR the best company at the beginning and kept that reputation. They made me feel comfortable, answered my questions and also provided very relevant suggestions. Dealing with the office on payment/scheduling was AMAZING, Bradie was easy to talk to and VERY easy to schedule. They got held up 1 day so worked around my schedule to have them come on a day I was home. Then comes the crew that came to my house. These guys were VERY respectful of my property, hard working and cleaned up VERY well. I would 100% recommend this organization and if/when I move this will be our first call!
