We've had some issues with the fire pit, lighting, hydrangeas and arbors they planted and they took care of all of the issues within a few days. We also had a separate issue with flooding into our basement window egress and the grading on the side of our house that no one could figure out and they took care of the issue as well. “The GLC experience is top notch and customer centric from quoting to cleanup. The entire organization from the owners, front office, and crew are professional making you feel like a VIP and that your project is their priority! Our existing porch, paver walkway, and bushes next to our house were outdated and an eyesore. Besides the negative appearance, this was not functional or safe for our family and guests. Gino arrived on time and his consultation method was asking us about our need for the updated steps and walkway, my wife’s preferences on colors and gardening habits. He walked around the house with us to design something that would tie the front yard to the rest of the property. He sketches out a vision listing all elements of block shapes and locking patterns, rock selection, plant colors and heights, and especially the arrangement that would highlight and accent the work. The crew are also very respectable, while onsite they were courteous while we are working from home and to the neighborhood traffic during the construction.
