“We moved into our new home in Oct 2016. The curb appeal was lackluster, just the typical builder's-grade landscaping package. The backyard had a cluster of nice mature trees, but the whole back yard was uninviting. I called Mike of MLS Landscaping and he listened to my ideas and understood the vision that I had. He gave me great suggestions for plant materials, lighting suggestions, bed locations, stone selection, water fountain selection and much more. Mike is very responsive and always responded to my emails or calls. He and his team showed up on the day promised, bright and early. Within less than one week I had the best front AND backyard on the block. They kept the work area tidy and cleaned up each day before leaving. My home value has certainly increased and now we are enjoying our backyard more than ever. We were so pleased that 3 weeks after the work was completed, we realized that we wanted even more work done and we asked MLS to come back and install 4 more trees to add to the privacy of the backyard. We did get quotes from other landscape companies and MLS is very competitive in comparison. But aside from price, I just really came to "like" Mike and I knew I could work with him. His first impression & personality make you trust him and his quality work & attention to detail make you want to keep working with him. My only regret is that MLS does not provide regular maintenance service in my area. I really wanted to keep him on to maintain our new yard to ensure that it stays beautiful. So I am actively trying to increase his Sugar Land clientele so that he is in my area more frequently! You won't be disappointed with MLS Landscaping. I highly recommend them.”
