Julian and his team were hired as a subcontractor for our backyard remodel by designer Amber Freda. They gutted our brownstone backyard to the dirt and constructed all of the hardscape designed by Amber. Julian and his team were a pleasure to deal with. He worked with me to create the design we wanted within budget and the results were amazing. I would hire Julian again without hesitation. and will use them for ongoing maintenance of our wooden structures.

Our large apartment building on the Upper West Side renovated a 4000 square foot seating area. The work included picking up 3000 square feet of bluestone tiles, leveling the area, re-laying the bluestone, adding Cambridge pavers, fabricating and installing a fountain, and installing furniture. Julian Dion is an experienced and reliable contractor. He was responsive, and on-site with his crew through almost all of the work. Julian was clearly knowledgeable and flexible, willing to make corrections, and suggest changes and enhancements as we went along. I and everyone in my building who worked on this job highly recommend him.

I hired Julian and his team at Dion City Landscapes to completely redo my backyard. The job included new fencing, bluestone patio, synthetic lawn, and a new deck on the back of the house. I had been gathering estimates and ideas for this job for the past two years but other projects cropped up and we had to postpone it until this year. Julian came in at a fair price and was willing to work with me on the design that I wanted and the deadline I was under (daughter's college graduation party). We got slammed with with rain for most of April but he was able to work around that and get the job done in time. We chose a mahogany fence and decking with metal railings that I ordered online. Julian installed them and they look great! His crew is easy to work with and very professional and courteous. They clean up every day. His quote was pretty on target and there were minimal 'extras' that I asked for and already knew about. I highly recommend them!
