Bruce Aleo and his team did a remarkable job re-landscaping our property. We recently needed to prepare our single family home to rent which required: hedge trimming, pruning & reshaping bushes, extensive removal of bushes and stumps surrounding the house, many blocking the view of the house and too close to the foundation of the house. He arrived the same day he was called and finished the job quickly. He made suggestions to keep the property as maintenance free and also offered to discuss future upgrades to the landscaping. My wife and I work with many contractors and we know it’s always a risk using a new contractor. We were very impressed. Bruce answers our calls promptly and is easy to work with and very info. Highly recommend.

This is my 2nd time calling Bruce. As if the 1st time wasn't amazing enough I Wanted to completely transform the front of my house. There are simply no words to describe how professional and accommodating Bruce and done right were. I would be doing them no Justice to say they did a great job. The level of detail that got put into my property is unparalleled. When I 1st purchased my home The front was a complete disaster. Overgrown bushes, trees this it was an overall scary sight to see. Bruce and done Right Landscaping did a meticulous job on our leaf-laden property. We booked them for two years in a row for fall cleanups, and they always impress. I don’t know how they do it, but every leaf was gone and the yards looked amazing. They even go the extra step (behind/ around hard-to-reach areas, moving patio furniture, raking beds). The employees are treated well, Bruce is quick to communicate, and everyone takes great pride in their work. They don’t make them like this anymore! Over the past 8 years I’ve tried many times to get a landscape company to help me with a large backyard reconstruction. I wasted money and time before I finally called Bruce from Done Right Landscaping. He was the first person that didn’t sigh or shake his head at me. After a half an hour he came up with a plan to fix my yard on the budget of a school teacher. They came exactly when they said they would and worked like a small army. Within a short time the dugout my entire yard which is big enough to hold a 20x40 inground pool. They replaced it fresh loom and put down sod. They built a brand new retaining wall around the entire property put in drainage with beautiful crushed stone and installed a fence. Words will never explain what they did and the level of professionalism they displayed. As corny as it sounds the jog gets Done Right the first time! If you don’t want to do it again anytime soon these are the professionals you need!

I had used Done Right last year. I was extremely happy with his work. So much so I had him come back this year just to spruce things and now my yard is the showplace of my street again.

Owner Bruce Aleo’s design ideas, expertise and execution made all the difference. New granite front stairs, walkway, granite curbing, sod, 25+ plantings were installed in a timely and thoughtful manner. I highly recommend this company to those looking for a talented landscaper.

Without a doubt after working with Done Right I can honestly say I will never work with another landscaper. Bruce and his crew have done work for me the last 3 years. First a major yard clean up the second a fence and the third a amazing redo of my front yard. The thing is not only do they do amazing work but Bruce will communicate with you at every step give you his ideas what will work and what won’t. Done Right is not in the business of just banging out jobs for the sake and getting it done. They live up to the name on the side of the trucks and beyond. I am already planning what I can have them do for me next Spring.

I can not over emphasize what a positive experience having Done Right Landscaping complete our project was. From the outset we found Bruce to be responsive and accommodating to our schedule, the first couple of consultations on the project were excellent, we had a reasonable, but fixed budget and Bruce helped us to prioritize what we wanted to come in on budget. Many of the extra things we had asked for were discussed as a cost sink without really adding to the landscaping and it was clear that the goal for Bruce was to get us what we wanted on budget, rather than just trying to make more money out of us. The plan was excellent and gave us options to add to the design in future, including extra areas of fence, more beds and a potential to add lighting. We agreed the outline and paid 50% upfront and discussed a start date and likely, duration, I would say the only negative in the whole project is that the start date was a little delayed due to how busy they are, but when we let them know we had family from overseas in town for the July 4th celebrations, they rapidly scheduled the work to get it completed in time, this was massively appreciated. The project itself was more complicated than originally thought as when the grading was being done, they uncovered lots of massive rocks that the builders had dumped in the yard (the house is a new build). There was a bit of a cost over-run associated with this, but all along Bruce worked with us to find a way to keep the cost down, including recycling some of the boulders elsewhere on the project. The work was absolutely first rate, I can not begin to describe the care taken when installing our new patio in particular. The team took extra effort to prepare the ground to make sure that nothing would move, and used the absolute best in materials. The work was done very quickly (although a bit longer than expected because of the extra grading work), and we were impressed with all of the small touches including contoured lines on the patio, a beautiful retaining wall for our kids play area and an excellent choice of fence. The whole team worked very hard, were polite and friendly and did an amazing job, the landscaping looks wonderful and we are extremely pleased with the results. It is clear that Done Right Landscaping are hugely experienced and are driven to make sure they do a premium job, and are not just looking to make a quick buck. We will definitely be using them again to add extra features, if you decide to use them my advice would be to listen to their recommendations and go with it, using their experience will help you get the high end landscaping that you are looking for.

I hired Done Right to help me with dog area and patio for my new house. I called early and got the first appointment of the season. Bruce walked me through my fencing options and shared my vision for my dog space. The fence was very nice and installed shortly after order arrived. The installers were professional. The dogs love the new yard and with beautiful patio for us we can all enjoy the yard together without worry.

Let me start by saying that every company should conduct business they way Bruce Aleo does; there would be many many happy customers if they did. I found Done Right Landscape on the Better Business Bureau website and was completely amazed at the outstanding reviews and amazing pictures of Bruce's work. As a result, I hired this company and was not at all disappointed! They are a first rate company and Bruce is a genius! We met and discussed at length what I wanted and Bruce designed everything perfectly! The whole crew is amazing. They are prompt, attentive, courteous, and work the entire day, only stopping for a very brief lunch. I made some changes to my original plan and Bruce accommodated them immediately (and added some extra beauty of his own). I trusted him and his skill at making everything come together as well as any suggestion he had for a beautiful outcome. He completely transformed (and that's putting it mildly) the landscape in the front of my house so much so that I was speechless! People were stopping and asking him for his card and when the job was completed, people would just stop and stare at how beautiful it was. I plan to have work done on the back of my house next year and you can bet it will be Done Right Landscape doing the work! Pictures were sent to the turf manufacturing company and even though the turf was less than 10 months old, they would not honor their warranty. They suggested reasons for this happening, which Bruce knew was not possible. Bruce told us he would take care of the problem because he believes in achieving the highest standards of craftsmanship when it comes to landscaping. Bruce came by, measured the area and ordered a whole new section of synthetic grass. He showed up with his team of professionals and installed all new synthetic turf.
