I would like an accurate review of events that transpired at Kristin Guess's house 908 Sandlewood Arroyo Grande, CA 93420. Nothing is better than a visual review please drive by and take a look at Dream Home Landscaping's beautiful Drought Tolerant landscape. We are currently up for a Beautification award for the work we did on the house. Miss Guess was on a $5,000,00 to get over 4,800 sqft of landscaping ripped out, graded, irrigated, weed fabric, plants and rock as ground cover.

We did level both the front and back yard with a tractor and made beautiful mound in the very back landscape bed and graded into a nice hill with good flow. We did not leave piles and mounds.

We did compact the DG twice. Miss. Guess wanted to use recycled DG that she had hired two cal poly kids to install and fired them and made a formal complaint with the Dean of cal poly. So the DG is not as compact-able.

There was no call out in the contract for any type of boarder for the DG or rocks nor was it ever promised.

The only damaged plant was two Agave's that had a few slits in the foliage from the nursery delivery. The Agave's are gorgeous and growing beautifully. All plants planted are exactly what were named in the design sheet.

No trash was left on the job site this is a fabrication. The razor blade presented to me was clearly left by a painter and we over looked next to the house.

Yes our tractor broke the main line to the house because the cheap plumber Miss. Guess hired bent the main line to make it fit to the house without properly mapping the pipe out to the house using the proper fittings. We fixed the main line and fixed it properly fixing another contractors faulty work at not cost to Miss. Guess.

We also upgraded the type of rock being used to a more expensive rock at no extra cost to Miss. Guess so that the project would look even better.

The whole project only cost Miss. Guess $6,835.00 to have everything in her landscape ripped out, graded, weed fabric installed, plants installed, rock installed. Then we even went ahead and landscaped the entire back beds of her house with left over materials and donated materials by Dream Home Landscaping because we care what are final product looks like. At no point did Miss. Guess ever say thank you or great job. If you can find a landscaper to do all the above for $1.42 per square foot and care and take the time to pour there heart and soul into their work jump on it. Yes I did threaten a Lien due to the fact Miss. Guess told me she was going to recalculate what she thought she owed me for services rendered. Final payment was admission of my good work and full filling my scope of work in the contract. Then she wasn't happy with some plants she picked out and really wanted in the landscape and weren't doing well so two months after the fact she called me and asked if I could pay another company to replace them so I purchased plants out of my own pocket and replanted them. Still no thank you or recognition.

It makes very sad that I turned Miss. Guess's home into a work of art that saves water and almost zero maintenance only to have her defame Dream Home Landscaping. I am sure she is enjoying her low water bills and no maintenance bills every month.

If there is anything I could do to change Miss. Guess feelings toward our company I have tried and am still willing to try.
