We recently completed a backyard renovation that included installing a pergola, adding a side-yard walkway, and setting up underground irrigation. Throughout the project, Jacob was extremely patient, listened carefully to all of our requests, and provided valuable guidance based on his experience and knowledge. The quality of the work was excellent, and he coordinated well with his team to ensure every aspect of the project was completed properly. While the project took a little longer than originally anticipated due to several changes along the way, the final result exceeded our expectations. We are very happy with how everything turned out and truly appreciate the professionalism, workmanship, and attention to detail. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable contractor for landscaping and outdoor improvement projects.

Jacob & Todd did a fantastic job on the design & implementation of our front yard landscaping. They listened to our dreams and ideas, coaching us along the way with their expertise and knowledge. My HOA hired Dreamscapes for two landscaping projects. The first project two years ago involved renovating our entryway, while the second project this year focused on redesigning and constructing a pathway. Dreamscapes did an excellent job with our HOA entryway. It was a complete tear out of old overgrown shrubs and an installation of a redesigned landscape that utilized a beautiful selection of native, draught resistant foliage that looks amazing, is cost effective to maintain and increased our property values! Our entire neighborhood is very impressed.

I hired Dreamscapes to plant some privacy trees and shrubs for my new home I purchased last year. Jacob was absolutely amazing to work with! From the beginning through the end of the project he was knowledgeable, insightful, and helpful in deciding what to plant and what needed to be done. Dreamscapes just completed removal of our old, deteriorating paver patio and installation of a beautiful new Belgard paver patio. They did an excellent job and my wife and I couldn’t be happier! Jacob took extra time and patience to work through various paver and design options with us ahead of time. His installation team of Gerardo, Austin and others worked very hard to complete the project through difficult weather conditions this month, using tents and tarps as needed to protect the work area. We were especially impressed with the attention to detail they showed in their work and the care they took to protect surrounding plants and lawn. Jacob took time to check in frequently to oversee the work and make sure all was progressing and completed to our satisfaction. Communication dropped off a bit in the weeks ahead of the work as they focused on completing other projects, but our results were well worth the wait. Dreamscapes works are perfect! Flawless and carefully thought out. They pay attention to the details and make your yard beautiful!!! I wholeheartedly recommend!!! They created a water feature so awesome that someone who first saw it looked startled and said, "Wow! It's Heaven!" They also did some mass plantings and a 150' rockery flower bed.

Dreamscapes has now done two jobs for us, and both times they have done absolutely phenomenal work. Jacob (the owner) is super friendly and responsive, and every member of the crew has been thoughful and kind. Their prices are reasonable too, especially given the amount of care that they put into every aspect of their work. For the first job they regraded the lower portion of the back yard (which was a hilly nightmare), added drainage out to the street to alleviate the marshland the yard became in the winter, and did all new hardscaping (including a fire pit). It was a ton of work, and they rocked it out pretty quickly (and were quick to get in contact when something needed to change). I'd had a vision in my head for what it would look like, and every single aspect of it turned out better. More recently, they installed a two-level pond with some waterfalls in the back yard, complete with lighting, a raised seating area, regrading the surrounding landscape, and enclosing a strange drainage trench that runs along the back of our yard. As soon as we could after it was done, we've basically spent every sunny moment we've had back there, relaxing by the water. We have other landscaping things we'd love to have handled at some point, and I would hire Dreamscapes for them again in a heartbeat, and I don't know how to recommend anything more strongly than that.

We have wanted to put a tier in for years. We finally got around to it. Had a wonderful experience. My tier looks amazing and the crew was wonderful. Highly recommend!

We worked with Dreamscapes for two backyard projects - terraced vegetable gardens and a complete redo of a builder installed patio. We couldn’t be happier with the results! The crew for both projects was great - always showed up on time, worked hard (even through a rough December/January), and cleaned up the jobsite every day. Most impressive, however, is the attention to detail. They really think of everything! We made some changes during the course of the projects and the updated quotes were detailed and accurate. We did not use a landscape designer for our projects and we were very grateful for Jacob's vision and suggestions. Because they are a smaller operation the staff seem to wear many hats and it can take some time to get a response to questions if you are not an active project. That said, it doesn’t detract from the quality so it is worth the extra time. I think we’ve run out of projects but if anything else comes up we will definitely work with Dreamscapes again!

Dreamscapes Landscape and Design replaced our 32 year old deteriorating landscape timber retaining wall with a stunning new structure using Mutual Materials Manorstone concrete wall blocks. The new main wall features a beautifully executed angled stairway and lots of added seating area. The work also included terracing part of the sloped property with an integrated second wall, and regrading and re-sodding the lawn, finishing the look with new mulch. Richard and his team did an outstanding job executing the design, demonstrating craftsmanship, attention to detail, and professionalism throughout the project. We were also impressed with the care they took in keeping the jobsite clean and safe each day. Jacob, Crystal, and Jonelle were equally great to work with, keeping clear communication on the planning, logistics, and business side of things. While Dreamscapes was not the cheapest option we entertained, we felt confident going in that they would do the job right and we're very happy with the quality of the results.

I highly recommend Dreamscapes. Jacob Tate worked with me to help design the retaining walls I wanted replaced. He listened to what I wanted from a design aesthetic and then made excellent suggestions on the materials and layout. Once the Dreamscapes crew was onsite to perform the work, they were a consummate group of landscape design professionals that did a beautiful job on the retaining walls with quality craftsmanship throughout the process. They left the job site cleaned up every evening and were friendly and professional throughout. I am looking forward to working with them on Phase 2 of my landscape projects next year.
