“I contacted FarWest early last spring when I and my project partner had designed a plan and created a budget to revise my backyard. Within two days of my call, Stacy came out for a site visit, and unlike the landscaper from the other company I was considering, was interested, engaged and ready to work with us in spite of all of our upfront specifications. That same afternoon, she met us at the garden center, helped us select the plants we wanted and recommended more suitable ones when we were off base. Stacy got our project on the calendar within 4 weeks and when the date arrived, introduced each of her work crew to us so that we could work together with them to implement the vision we had in mind. It was so much fun! Everyone who worked on the project was diligent, respectful, experienced and competent; it was a total pleasure to work with them. The project was done in four long, intensive work days, and Stacy came by each day, sometimes twice a day, to oversee the progress. A month or so after everything was done, we hosted a garden party to show off the beautiful result of our labor, and just before it began, Stacy arrived with a beautiful table arrangement, courtesy of FarWest. Most companies would have moved on and forgotten us during the crush of their peak season, but thanks to Stacy's personal commitment to her work and her customers, we've developed huge respect for FarWest, its outstanding employees and its great customer service.”
