Elemental did our entire landscape job including a multi-color and multi-shape paver patio surrounded by a stone retaining wall, trees and shrubs, sod, and LED lighting. The design was very creative-the execution was awesome.. Mike and his crew always let me know ahead of time when they were coming to work and were always there as planned. Our sloping yard was a challenge but they were up to the task with the beautiful stone retaining wall, paver patio and decorative paver walkway to connect with the stairs of the deck. The design of the landscape is terrific with various islands of trees, shrubs and plants throughout our property , accented by large stones. The types of plants selected was very well planned with the flowering and changing of colors taking place at different times during the season. The finishing touch was the LED lighting including lights in the peaks of our house to highlight the landscaping and the stone incorporated in the design of our house. We have had many compliments on Elemental's work. We are extremely happy with our patio and landscaping and would recommend Elemental for the entire landscape job or any portion of it.

Elemental Landscapes does absolutely phenomenal work. We had a very ambitious outdoor living project in Frankfort, IL that included a grill island/kitchen, custom paver patio, cedar pergola, sunken fire pit area and landscape lighting. So you hope a company can hit on most aspects of the design. They actually nailed them all! Mike B, co-owner and designer, presented a unique and extremely attractive layout. I never imagined I would get such a sweet finished product. And to top it off, for the scale of the project, they were very competitive in their pricing. Could not recommend this company more highly. Can't wait to bring them back to do more!

We had continued drainage issues in our backyard since moving in. After a couple attempts at resolving the issue, we contacted elemental. Allen was an absolute pleasure and took the time to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. The workers went above and beyond to help us work through a sticky situation with our neighbors and did excellent quality work. Mike knew exactly what needed to be done to resolve our issue and worked hard to make it happen! We could not be more pleased with the results and the whole experience overall. Now, we not only have a backyard that no longer floods, but beautiful landscaping to look at. Highly recommend elemental and would not hesitate to use them again. They will work hard to give you what you want even if you are a pain in the butt like me :)

The Elemental Landscapes team did an amazing job on our backyard patio hardscape. I really appreciated all of Mike's guidance on the design process and everything he recommended turned out beautifully. My husband and I hired Mike to redo our deck and patio area. He designed a beautiful paver patio and pergola with privacy plantings. Mike designed an outdoor living area around our new pool. We had a short timeline with winter approaching. His crews worked extremely well with the other contractors and the city inspectors to complete the project on time and in the budget. We already have a phase 2 planned for next year!

We had an pool installed and needed someone to complete our backyard project. Mike came highly recommended and did not disappoint. He took our thoughts, improved them and made our backyard look amazing! The quality of the work is excellent! Like most projects we made a number of changes along the way and Elemental did not miss a beat. The crews were extremely professional. They seemed to be considerate of the neighbors and always cleaned up the mess at the end of the day. Communication was great! Mike always responded to emails and phone calls in a timely manner. From the start Mike Bonifacio showed his professionalism and knowledge when he came to give us an estimate. Mike listened to our ideas and shared honest feedback. We decided to go with Elemental, not because they were the least expensive, but because of the integrity Mike showed through our decision making process. His workers also reflected his integrity. The crew was polite, courteous, listened to my husband and I if there was something we wanted changed during the planting process, and always accommodated us even with changing the perennial plants at the last minute. The lights that were installed are worth every penny. They just truly complete the beauty of the artistic landscaping. John, who installed the lights, was a delight to work with and we appreciated his every idea. We are so happy we went with Elemental to have our landscaping done. Our Blessed Mother statute now has a permanent and lovely home. We paid a little more for choosing Elemental but it was worth it. The project was completed on time and with no additional charges added on at the last minute. We plan on having lights put in the front of the house next year and will call upon Mike again. We feel like he is now part of the family.

I have worked with Mike on several landscape projects over the past nine years and have enjoyed working with Mike each time. The latest project was the largest and most complicated. Mike helped us build a paver patio, two retaining walls and put in the related landscape. Mike was great at listening to our overall vision and then helping it become a reality. Mike was extremely helpful with choosing the right pavers for our job and the stone he picked out for the retaining walls was just perfect and compliments our home. The landscape project also included a deck constructed by another contractor. Mike really worked well with the other contractor, meeting together, which made the overall design of the patio, retaining walls and landscape come together and be incorporated with the deck. Mike’s crew was great to work with. The crew showed up early every morning and showed great skill and care. The crew cleaned our driveway every day during construction and really gave us what felt like special treatment. Mike and his crew did a great job and we now have a beautiful backyard space to entertain friends and family.
