“Curbz did an amazing job transforming my tiny Toronto backyard into an urban oasis! Ian the owner, Spencer the project manager, Janine the landscaper, and Ladan (the designer who works alongside them), maximized every square inch of the backyard. We managed to fit in two sheds, swim spa, pergola, a fire table, BBQ area, lots of decking, and lovely plantings. The staff were always super prompt and really friendly. They kept the site very clean/tidy. This was a big job and was completed over many months. As with all projects, there were a few glitches here and there but anytime I pointed out an issue, Spencer was super responsive (I don’t think I ever heard him say no he couldn’t do something!) and would take care of it ASAP. Ian came to check on the work and provided some really good suggestions on the landscaping etc. They kept me updated on the budget and provided quick cost estimates when I suggested extra work. Most importantly, I felt that I could trust them to do the best quality work without much oversight (I was out of country much of the time), I plan to do my front yard with them this year and cannot recommend them highly enough!”

“We met with several landscapers to get ideas and help to transform a totally raw, unfinished new build backyard. Neither my husband nor I have green thumbs and landscaping, trees, plants etc are out of our comfort zone. After my first contact with Irene and within 10 mins of our consultation with Joe we knew we'd found the right firm to help us. Our yard and project aren't very big but that didn't matter, Joe took immense time and care in designing our space, taking into consideration light, trees, neighbours and our desire for low maintenance. There was no pressure at any time and he was also very open to doing our project in phases, both to help us manage costs and allow us to better envision the end product given we were starting with nothing. The work was scheduled promptly, Joe was onsite during the work and his team were lovely - very conscientious and meticulous about their work right down to the clean up. Our project was delivered on time and within the budget we'd been provided. Joe has also made several follow up visits to tweak a couple things and ensure everything is perfect. We made the decision to add some landscape lighting - it's fabulous - and one of Joe's team came back at 930pm the day of install to see the lighting in the dark and make adjustments. Both Joe and Irene have a way of making you feel like you're their only client and no question is stupid, they will help and advise every step of the way and are patient to explain things and bounce around ideas. I have clear watering and planting plans and Irene was a great help with my challenge to find the right hydrangeas - she was a lifesaver taking a couple panic calls from me while I was stood at a garden centre! We will embark upon phase 2 in the spring and are very much looking forward to continuing to work with these truly lovely people who are both passionate about their work and business and genuinely care about the service and product they provide.”

From choosing the brick to planning the design Dominic Maiorano was professional interested and confident that his company would be able to satisfy our requirements....which they did. Our project was done many years ago and the walkway/porch entryway planter box has not crumbled nor has there been much shifting or sinking.”
